This CVS has great customer service. Today I needed help getting medication right before my wedding and the pharmacist /pharm tech was able to not only get it for me in five minutes, but cheer me up on the phone when I was stressed out. When I came to pick it up, the whole pharmacy was congratulating me and it was just really thoughtful and turned my stressful day around. I wish I caught his name. Thank you so much.

This particular CVS is my main store/pharmacy that I’ve used since 2018. Very happy with the service I receive and when I need assistance there is always someone there to help

One of the best phramacists I’ve dealt with. There was a change in supplier for my medication and changed the flavoring, I went in to get it fixed, the guy at the counter was able to change the flavor for me and before remixing my whole batch he let me take my dose for today to make sure it was tolerable. Wish I got the name of the guy, but if he reads this he’ll know who he is!

Been coming here for a while now, but just had an employee interaction worth making a review for. John is an excellent employee, great service and caring. He said hi to us, asked if we needed direction. He then pointed us to what we needed where my husband and I discussed dosages. He overheard what we were talking about and took it upon himself to ask the pharmacist for some help. He let us know what he recommended and once we discussed how it was actually for our dog we had a nice conversation about our dogs and their allergies. We really appreciated that he cared to give us information about what we were buying out of concern. It was really thoughtful and showed how kind of a person he is. We also shared what our vets recommended to see if we could help each other's dogs out with their itching. Cytopoint! Thanks John! Best of luck with Buddy!

They usually have things that you may need right away. People are nice and helpful .I like going here to shop.

This 24 Hour CVS Pharmacy ROCKS! We transferred ALL our family's RX to this location. Excellent customer service, great selection, sales and discounts galore makes it affordable and fun to browse the aisles for health and beauty needs. AAAA++++

The gentleman that helped me, and rang me up was friendly and very helpful.

Karen at the 610 Main St, Freehold location was simply the best. She helped me sort out problems with my coupons and Extra Care card. She went over and above and made my shopping experience a pleasure.

The pharmacy staff were professional, courteous and helpful. We are thankful for the pharmacist who noticed that my husband was in extreme pain and did the best to hurry his prescription to him. The cashiers in the front of the store are also very kind and helpful.

Was very helpful and took the extra time to locate my insurance information to avoid paying out of pocket for some expensive medications, also was greeted at the door by a very friendly manager who directed me to pharmacy counter, thank you.
