Food Lion

This past trip was awesome. We were helped by a clerk who's name was Ella. She was awesome and helped us with patience. Thank you Ella!

Prices are a little high but the store is clean and the employees are very nice. The lines are never long because there are lots of employees, they get you right through.

It's a fair store yes you can find some good deals sometimes

Well stocked and very friendly/helpful staff. Best customer service of any grocery store I've ever been to. Instead of telling you where a product is located, they take you right to it. Registers are well staffed with short wait times. One day I went, it started raining while I was in the store. They supplied me with a large umbrella on my way out, like WOW!

I love this store. Very knowledgeable and helpful employees. Plenty of parking in a safe environment. Great deals too.

Very large variety in the food categories as well as beverages & other household essentials. So far the ladies I have interacted with at the register have always been so nice & engage in a little chit-chat while waiting in line or while they're ringing your items up.

They're always happy to help you find something if you can't seem to locate it on your own.

Great selection of fruits and vegetables. Nicely priced meat department. Impressive Animal food isle. Great selection on household products isles. Foodlion is a very clean store. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I enjoy the deli and bakery as well. A all together nice shopping experience every time

We have been going to this store since it changed hands from Pittman's some time back. Pittman's was decent but it was obvious they had gotten to a point in life where they were uninspired and tired. Food Lion did a fantastic job of revamping the space and keeping it bright, clean and well-stocked. The staff are always pleasant, polite, helpful and sociable. The produce section is awesome with some local offerings and often great deals. Kudos to Food Lion for keeping a top notch grocery store in the community that often seems forgotten or overlooked by other chains. On top of all that, the bathroom is immaculate. How rare is that? We are thankful!

Love this store. Ppl are great. Always friendly kind and polite. There was a time though that I didn't like going there. There was a woman that must not have liked her job , she was very rude,, I understand we all have things going on in our personal lives, it's wasn't just once in awhile. Thank God she got a different job at the bank...

Always clean, with good and "available" Help. Good selection of meats and produce. Even the bathrooms are VERY clean.

Thank you for finally bringing a store with a great variety of foods to Hancock. All of the employees are way nicer than Pittmans, and are actually helpful. Everything is a lot more organized now. Good prices too! Keep up the great work here!

Perfect place to shop for groceries. Just big enough to have just about everything you need and not too big that it takes you a long time to get your shopping done. They have reasonable prices and great sale prices each week and usually a quick checkout. I have always liked Food Lion.

Food lion was great! They sell actual food! Can you believe it? And all this time I thought it was just a clever name! They have almost everything you could ever want! I picked up some chicken livers, some mashed potatoe flakes ( they come in a box ), a log of butter, some seltzer water and, a very large can of baked beans for a party I'm planning. Its going to be great!

Amazing selection for a small town grocery store. They have a 3 - 5 each of competing items, giving the customer a true choice. Fast and friendly service completed the experience.
