They always greet me with a smile and always fill my son's prescription on time and correctly. In 10 years I never have any concerns or problems with this pharmacy. I can get my meds in the mail order but I rather go to this pharmacy.

Another great service! I recommend using the prepay on your cvs app so I can skip the long lines. They told me anyone with prepay prescription can go to consultation section and skip the line until they make a dedicated prepay line.

For years I dealt with Walgreens Lake Worth and all their excuses as to why I couldn't fill my script or why it wouldn't be ready until the next day. I've been with CVS Azle for only 2 years but I still haven't had an issue not once. The people are also very nice and happy.

Had the fastest and most courteous experience with CVS today. By phone and in pharmacy, I know James was the pharmacist. He worked very quickly to have my prescription ready! Clare, I believe was the cashiers name. She was very nice and gave me information about 90 day prescriptions that, I didn’t know. I really appreciated her Sharing her knowledge. I had a absolutely wonderful experience their today. The Azle CVS has the best employees in their pharmacy!

Excellent service. I always visit the store at night to avoid long periods of waiting. My prescriptions are on time and the staff always help me to find coupons if the medication is not covered by my insurance.

Got my COVID booster here. Our pharmacist , Dr. Atanga Alombah was very professional. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Very gentle with the injection and didn't even feel a thing.

Fast friendly called prior and set it all up and it was ready to go. My puppy even got a dog bone great experience

We don’t usually get our RX’s filled at this location but they are open until midnight and we found ourselves in desperate need of some insulin for my daughter. They were very helpful on the phone and went above and beyond to help us figure out an insurance snafu. We got there 2 minutes before close and they had it all bagged up and ready for us. We received nothing less than excellent customer service at this location.

Due to personal issues there has been considerable confusion filling my prescriptions. Thank goodness I was able to leave Walgreens and bring my business back to CVS but there is always some confusion when this happens. The CVS staff has been most helpful in helping me take care of this. The GP I have seen for the last 38 years retired and gave me the refills allowed before he closed his office. Again, CVS has been very helpful. I would not want to deal with any other pharmacy.

Renee, the pharmacist, was an absolute savior this weekend for me & my family. My car was broken in to and all my families prescriptions were stolen, as they were in my purse. Renee assured me that after dealing with another CVS in the area for almost 24 hours and getting absolutely nowhere she would make sure I was taken care of. Renee handled calls with my insurance company making sure replacement bottles were covered and I received the replacement medication within an hour or so. Renee went above and beyond for our family & encourages the excellent team she has to do the same. We receive nothing but the best service from Renee and her staff! We will always recommend this CVS to all our friends and family. Thank you CVS team and have a blessed & Merry Christmas!

One word…Atanga! Salute! I don’t know how much they are paying this wonderful employee, but he deserves a Texas Friendly bonus! You don’t have to ask, he always is the one to ask, how are you doing? How can I help? Seriously, he will yell into the crowd, or run over to give aid and instruction, he looks for those perplexed!
I am just saying with Covid and the hardship of a back-up of seriously ill and mentally rude people, finding a nice employee is like finding a needle in a haystack! This one deserves merit and recognition. Atanga you are the reason I shop at CVS, see you again when I need muscle cream or which med to use for red eyes, poison Ivey, snake bites, dogs got a upset stomach! Yep enough said….except, NICE JOB!

Jacob was the pharmacy technician who helped me. The Rx for antibiotics was going to cost $150 and he pulled out his phone and found an alternative drug that ended up costing me $18. Great customer service Jacob! Nice hair too (lol)- thank you

Everyone from the clinic and pharmacy are so kind and helpful. It is always a great experience here.

Good experiences over all. Communication on both parts helps in with pharmacy department and they seem to stay on top of it the best they can with little faults here and there.
