they were AWESOME! I drove 2 hours to their shop for lorcana and made sure that the product was their for me when I got there. There UPS guy was super late, which wasn't their fault so they made sure we had water and snacks while we waited for the shipment to arrive. they were super friendly and helpful and has earned a forever customer. thank you so much for making my day amazing! 😭

I had a fantastic experience going into The Gaming Vault. I had some stuff to sell and the second I walked in the door, the guys were excited for what I brought in. They knew so much about each system down to even the specific models of controllers and their values.

While waiting, I wandered the store and the collection blew me away. I felt like a kid again. They have a great mix of nostalgia and modern inventory to shop from.

My jaw honestly dropped when I was told the amount they were willing to pay me for my devices and games. Incredible fair prices for everything. (Sorry GameStop, but you got no chance)

I will 100% be back here again.

I love this shop! Has a great selection of retro games. I traded in some games and a Sega Genesis system and was very happy with the trade in offer. Also love that they carry TCGs. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. Quite literally stumbled upon The Gaming Vault after stopping into Walgreens next door to pick up a prescription. This place is a gaming hobbyist's paradise. Tabletop, console, you name it and they have it. Feels like a cross between a retail store, a museum, and frankly... heaven. Friendly, knowledgeable personnel and honest, fair prices.

Looking forward to becoming a regular at this place.

This store is absolutely amazing! Gaming? They got it, Magic the gathering? They have plenty of it! Pokémon? They got that too. Matt and his staff are amazing people to talk to and they truly love gaming and trading card games. They even have warhammer!

The Gaming Vault is number one when it comes to personalized customer service in gaming stores in the Fort Worth area. This store offers a little bit of everything, from classic gaming to the cutting edge, and even tabletop gaming. This store has good selection, great prices, and a very cool vibe. But the best part of shopping at The Gaming Vault is that the owner, Matt, is super chill and friendly, knowledgeable, and knows how to make a customer happy. I will definitely be shopping here in the future!

Excellent service and even does to home shipping! The store was nice, clean, it even smelled delightful! The above is better than i can say about any other game related business and has staff who both care what you experience and also they have very good game recommendations. The fact that they do this all while asking if you need anything. The games selection they regularly get here is beyond what ive seen in other areas. They are also nearly 30 miles from my town so the fact that I would drive there again is showing. Especially when the traffic between fort worth/kellar and my town is as heavy as it is. Keep it up!

Checked some game store while visiting Dallas and this place is very cool. Everything is organize and the staff are very friendly. They had some events going on but even the customers where very nice while I was looking around. Will definitely be back once I visit Dallas again

My husband plays MTG there pretty much every week and loves the staff, other players and vibe. When momma needs a break my husband takes our kiddo up there with him and they are just the sweetest to him. I myself have been up there a few times and have always enjoyed their selection of games, and watching the games going on in the “vault” rooms.
Thank you Gaming Vault for finally giving my husband a Magic home (and giving this mom a break 😉).

Wide selection of videogames and magic sealed product! I've found a bunch of rare titles for my handheld collection.

On top of that the Vault has become my favorite place to play MTG in Fort Worth, they support a most welcoming community and always keep a clean and tidy space.

Fun place to shop for retro video games, but the best reason to go is the Flesh and Blood games. Monday Armory @ 6:00p is a bunch of fun people who want to have a good time. They are very welcoming, and incredibly helpful for getting new players into the game. I personally guarantee you‘ll find a friend (or a nemesis) and a good time.

This place is great. They have all the retro games, Any and everything TCG and the staff and people who visit are nice, inclusive and fun to be around. If you haven't visited, definitely do so!

You will not find a friendlier staff anywhere else. I always feel welcome, listened to if I have problems or questions, and completely satisfied with any purchases I make. You can go wrong a lot of other places, you can't go wrong here.

Staff is great, Always a fun time here to play warhammer, magic the gathering or just to hangout. Prices for the various items they sell are competitive to other merchants. Cleanest restroom out of all of the local game stores in the metroplex!!

Matt and Brent are extremely helpful and friendly. I've had the absolute most fun coming here since diving back into magic. They've made me feel like I've been a regular for years! Can't recommend enough.
