The pharmacy didn't get one of my medications in before my prescription ran out. They went above and beyond to track down somewhere who had it in stock for me so I didn't do without it. They were extremely helpful and very nice about it.

I have been going to this CVS for a number of years. The store is always clean, and the people who work there are always willing to help. The pharmacy has the most pleasant staff. Dr. Ron will always take time to answer any questions I have had regarding my prescriptions.
Thanks to Chris, who works in the pharmacy, I got my flu shot early this year, approximately 2 weeks before my roommate got the flu. Thank you Chris! Also, when I use The drive through, it seems to always be Jordon who takes care of me. He is such a pleasant young man.
The General manager of the store, Lisa, you would never know that she is the manager. She will take the time to help me find whatever it is that I am looking for.
I have been using this CVS for approximately 10 years, and the above mentioned people have been there as well. Must be a pleasant place for them too.
My apologies for not mentioning other staff members, they too are excellent, I have just mentioned the ones I knew best.

I had to go to pharmacy before hurricane came through. Pharmacist gave 3 days worth to me through. They have not reopened because of no power yet.

The service by the pharmacy is REALLY lacking. While the staff is generally pleasant in person, they typically take 6+ hours to process prescriptions that are sent to them electronically. In addition, it’s very difficult to reach someone by phone to follow-up on Rx statuses.

They need to hire more pharmacy staff. I am on hold for this store longer than any other CVS I've ever used. The staff who do work there are great but they need more people.

Came to get my 2nd co vid vaccination... I was declined... My card even told me to return here and their hotline.... Very dissappointed. Free for everyone? Hardly. Very Dissappointed.
