It was clean and I got everything I needed. Sabra our cashier was hoot and half. She had us laughing, funny and had great customer service!

This store has the absolute best staff!!! So kind, helpful, and attentive! No issues! I'm so grateful for this amazing store!

I had a really amazing experience today, I'm a regular buying some specific items, and they accidentally had some on the shelf that were expired, but Sergio helped make sure that the next truck will have new and fresh stock so I can keep my routine consistent! Kieran was also pretty awesome when he jumped on the registers to get people out the door when it got backed up. Both had some pretty awesome attitudes.

Kelley at Customer Service saved my day by directing me to the correct website regarding my registration- she was knowledgeable and friendly!!!!

I love my neighborhood Kroger! Despite some shortages, they always have what we need, even in another brand when necessary. Good prices on their sales. It helps with the increases in meat alot to be able to afford weekly groceries. Everyone there are usually very nice. Don't like Spectrum at the entrance everytime I visit this store with the same questions every time I go there though!!

I have been ordering my groceries for pickup at the Kroger on 1060 N Main for about 2 years now. They consistently deliver excellent customer service, correct grocery orders, quality hand-chosen produce, and timely delivery of groceries to my car. When they realize they have made a mistake, they correct it without even having to ask and often even provide a discount off my order for the inconvenience. They quickly adapted to the challenges presented by the pandemic and my pickup orders continued without a hitch! Whoever is managing the pickup team deserves a raise! I highly recommend this Kroger for grocery pickup!!!

I love my Kroger. Big, open, clean. People are friendly. Great selections. Prices are pretty good. I love the digital coupons along with specialized coupons sent to my home. The gas points are a huge plus!! Now if only my Kroger would offer the grocery pick up option......

The employees are usually very polite and always greeting with a smile. I do like the sushi bar when you want some sushi but from the comfort of your home. Jerry in the Meat Department was super helpful when we were trying to pick something out and went and cut our meat to our preference! He was truly outstanding and polite!

This location was rather busy. However, the store was clean, organized and well stocked. The customer service I received was great and there were plenty of cashiers. I didn't have to wait in a long line. I recommend coming to this location.

The Kroger Store is conveniently located on a spacious lot with ample parking. The store is easy to maneuver through and most often has the items I go there for. Sadly the Crazy Water, seems to be a really hot item as they're often out when I go in to specifically buy a few bottles. Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied when I shop here.

I drive a semi truck & living in South TX we only have Walmart & HEB. Walmart meat is hit or miss & HEB doesn't carry what I want. While I was up in DFW I decided to try Kroger knowing they carry flat iron steaks. Unfortunately it was right after Memorial Day weekend & they were all sold out. I asked the man stocking the meat shelves if they had any in the back & unfortunately no. I was intent on getting this specific cut but wasn't particularly crazy about bouncing from store to store. I asked if he could call other stores close by & ask them if they had any. He did & same result. I thanked him for his time & started walking away. A minute later he came running back joking he lied & they had 1 primal in the back he didn't know about, but it'd take a little time to cut & package everything. Told him I'll wait as long as I need. Bout 15 min later he brought out 5½ lbs of beautiful flat iron steaks. I read his name tag & thanked him again very graciously for his time & effort & went to pay. After getting back in my semi & leaving, it was about this time I realized I forgot to write down his name because I knew I'd be leaving this review. I'm really sorry that this man isn't getting the credit he deserves by name, but thanks again for the kickass customer service. Most places will always help but few will put in that much effort.

The bakery staff (Tara) is phenomenal!! I ordered a Jurassic World cake online for my son’s birthday but was told the store didn’t have to kit. So I ordered again from a different Kroger and it turned out that there was a mix up with the system and the cake never got made. Well when I came to the Bedford store they found a kit and were able to get the cake done and discounted for all the mix up. On top of that the cake tasted great.
