Awesome new place. State of the art, modern everything, with all the bells and whistles. Plenty of parking. Gas pumps. Taco bar with tacos made fresh on the spot. All the snacks you can think of are available here. Canned and bottled drinks. Soda fountains. Coffee bar. They even have an indoor, air conditioned, dining area. That's a must here in Texas. Clean restrooms.

I usually stop here for energy drinks since they have a deal. The cashier is always nice and smiles and I've noticed the store is always clean. I hope it continues this way.

The young lady overnight is the best cashier I have seen within customer service. She is always happy and helpful I love visiting just because of her service, she shows everyone who encounters the store the upmost respect and has an awesome outlook and personality that customer service needs. I have never once heard her complain about her job but I have witnessed the morning manager gloat over someone telling the manager how awesome the young lady is. Her response into someone telling her that her employee is such a good worker was, “I have worked 7 days a week with no days off. I’M A GOOD WORKER”. You don’t have to tear somebody down just because you are not getting the recognition and just because someone doesn’t recognize you does not mean you are not a hard worker or a good worker. I don’t know how she does it I’ve seen her to deal with crazy customers rude customers and lunatics but she keeps her composure and she does it nicely. Kudos to her. The management has to applaud these employees.

This is a great store that has very nice workers and good food selections. Love this place and can’t wait to go back. Awesome management btw

Nice store, friendly cashiers. I am bothered by the employee in the white Audi that works in the kitchen pull up at 6:30 AM 4-7-2022 and parked exactly in the spot to the right of the handicapped spot. Amazing parking in the back. Employees should park there not in a space for customers. Especially coming in at 630 AM. I get it if it is overnight or a 4 AM start but that is not agood practice and looks bad. I chose not to buy food today for that reason. If an employee is willing to take a short cut for those reasons they are willing to take a short cut when it comes to the job they are performing.

Nice location and friendly staff but the food is Terrible! The men at the Laredo taco do not know how to make tortillas, hands are dirty, and are just not meant to be there I’m sorry. I have brought this up to management and hope they hire experienced cooks. I drive to red bluff stripes for the food there.

Good and bad. Actually, I went to Laredo Taco Co to get tacos for work. The a/c was out in 7-11, and it was hot! But the guys at LTC were fab. All very helpful smiling friendly...etc. They said we got you, no prob. I asked the cashier about the phone because I called earlier to order tacos ahead, and the phone was disconnected. She said yes, we do not have a phone that you could call. Wow, how sad. When stripes owned the stations, it was a lot different. More customer service oriented. My how things change. As much as I appreciate the LTC guys...pretty sure I won't be back.

Very friendly staff. I ordered 2 tacos from the in store company Loredo Taco. Absolutely Disgusting! I spit it out and threw it away. I was already a couple miles away from the place I wasn't going to drive back there and complain. In the past I've seen documentaries with the CEO of 7-Eleven bragging about the quality standards of the food and the things they serve. What a freaking disappointment absolutely disgusting. And to think these two little tacos cost $11.19. It would have cost less for much better quality at a food truck.
