Great gas station. Staff is friendly. Joey is amazing. Very attentive

People who expect prime time everything from a 7/11 are truly the smoothbrains of the Earth. The employees there have been extremely nice and pleasant as compared to most other surrounding gas stations, they're relatively clean, and they have a satisfactory stock. It's a gas station snack shack, not a 5 star eatery. Don't be a karen and treat it as such and you will enjoy your three minutes here buying snacks and drinks.

Good food good fast food. Is there such a thing?
How ever, the service is good,store is clean,well lit.people are friendly and knowledgeable. The lot is clean and well maintained. Same as exterior of building. Thank you 7 11.

Best customer service

Went in there with my child the other morning and was never greeted because the employees were on their phones. Very unprofessional managers because they were cursing loudly when children were present in the store. It was a young woman and a Hispanic guy. I would not recommend anyone go to this store, it’s the worst in Friendswood.

I didn't go inside but I got gas. I am still waiting for the pump to finish. In ten minutes I have half of a tank filled. That's about 1 gallon a minute. It took 26 minutes to put almost 20 gallons in the truck. No wonder they are offering more money back on upside app. Slower than Christmas. And it didn't shut off and spilled gasoline all over my truck AND there was no water or a towel to wash it off. And I had to go inside to get my receipt.🤬

Worst store in the area. Half the gas pumps don’t work. Car wash left soap on my car. Expired products in the store. Fountain drinks was down for serval weeks. Staff is extremely rude and always out smoking or on their phones

Store is filthy, even the glass door is literally and visibly filthy. Sometimes you can’t find an attendant. One day I saw a note from a UP S deliverer that said he took a Gatorade and left the money. I waited and knocked for quite a bit before the guy came out! Chevron gas is good, but the store leaves much to be desired! Not going there anymore.

Trash… dirty restroom, no toilet paper, don’t answer the phone, loud music. It’s Like nobody cares …

This place is an absolute joke. We were so excited to have a new 7-Eleven in the neighborhood. Every time I go in there their floors are sticky the cups are stocked up the straws are missing. The Internet doesn’t work so they can only take cash. The staff is rude. I really wish they would close down I think it was a much better establishment as an abandoned gas station.

For the third time now, I’ve tried to get a slurpee from this store. Half the flavors are out, over half aren’t ready at noon on a Saturday. Thai store is a joke. I even asked if slurpees weren’t popular anymore since there is no attention paid to them. I was then told it was actually slurpee day. This store is a joke

I like to get a breakfast Taco in the morning. Last week I came in and the men's restroom was dirty. No toilet paper. Mirror and Floor Dirty. It was about 8:15 am in the morning. Come out of rest room. I notice counters dirty and trash over flowing. The guy behind the food counter was ready to give me a order, but the guy behind cash register was sitting and reading. The store was not busy either. I just left because showed no pride in cleanliness.

Pumps rarely work, trash cans overflowing in the parking lot, restrooms out of order all the time, and never stocked up on fountain drink supplies. Can’t imagine what kind of supervision the staff get but it can’t be much. They’re usually just standing around on their phones and not addressing any of the cleaning tasks.

Awful gas station both bathrooms closed. All slushy machines not working, no hot dogs, etc.

Its not 24 hrs Currently closed at 1:30 am, please update your hours! I walked 2 miles for nothing!

I've never seen a store out of everything every day/ especially cups for the fountain drinks. Its horrible

Don't get fuel here; the pumps barely work.
