Scheduling online for my vaccination was extremely easy and straightforward. Online pre-check-in and in-clinic check-in was also super efficient and stress free.
I had a great experience with the nurse who administered the vaccination. She was friendly and made the entire process very comfortable. I would most definitely recommend the League City, Main Street location for quick and easy vaccinations.

I live right next to a Walgreens. I’m talkin right next to it, BUT I drive 10 minutes down the road to this specific CVS because of Adam. He is super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. He has truly mastered customer service. Greeting people at the door, helping them when they look around confused without even knowing why they’re confused. He’s got all the answers. Once, I walked in with a plastic cup looking for a trash can and he threw my cup away for me. They don’t make em like Adam anymore

Where do I start?! This was the best experience and how customer service should be. Exceptional!!!! Your concierge Ashley, AMAZING. She took her time explaining things, helping my find the best fit for me. Very informative and gave me an opportunity to obtain a few things I’d been unable to find. Pharmacy staff, so polite and helpful and friendly! Your location is further for me to drive, but I’ll gladly make that drive.
Please!!! Have every other cvs staff from ALL your locations work in your store. They need this. This is how you be king! Thank you for today!

We have been CVS customers for over 10 yrs.at store #7346 at 528 in Fwd.
Recently we transferred our scripts to #7821 at 5002 W. Main in League City.
The pharmacy manager on 528 mishandled a refill and would not admit his error
instead blamed both my husband and myself. The pharmacy personnel at the
Main St.location have been both courteous and professional. At this time I would
highly recommend this location.
Regarding generic drugs, the prescribing doctor writes the script and the pharmacy
fills as written as I understand it.

They have cheap beer and friendly pharmacy staff. Much better than the Walgreens across the street.

The store has been updated, which is pretty cool. Pharmacy is nice too.

They have a Zertec D 😊 HEB nor Target do.
