K&K African Market/To-Go African Restaurant

We had a good experience, customer service was great. The amala was tasty, was sceptical initially when I realized she was not Nigerian. I must say she exceeded my expectation.
Was very pleasant, I live out of state but will visit k&K next time I go to Frisco.

I’m excited that they have a fresh food area opening soon. I cannot wait to start putting my food orders in.
There are several African stores within my vicinity and this is the one I’ve really liked with their clean environment-hoping it’s maintained. Plus the owners (Both hubs & wife) are super nice.
I can never complain about price because it’s not easy to be able to have the luxury of being able to get your African food.

I ordered Oha soup and goat meat pepper soup. It was so good. I also got the moi moi, that was delicious as well. The lady that helped me I think she’s the owner, she’s so sweet. I hope they continue to expand and grow. I’ll definitely be ordering from them soon.

I have known these business owners for years. Definitely long track record of integrity and delivering quality services. So when I heard that they opened an online grocery store option I was quick to check it out. The online purchase was smooth and delivery was quick. Love the spice packaging 😍. Highly recommended.

I was quite impressed with the customer service. Being recently married to a Nigerian, I wanted to prepare an African dish for him. I had an idea what I wanted to prepare, therefore, made a list of ingredients. After speaking to Irene (I believe that was her name), she recommended a great way to prepare the dish and ALL the ingredients needed. She was patient enough to allow me time to write the recipe and instructions. Thank you so much! My husband loved the dish. Ronda Odedina

Disappointed with today's shopping experience. The gentleman working there was not helpful. Service was poor. He was acting as if someone was disturbing his sleep. He didn't offer any help . I've been coming here since this place opened and was disappointed in the experience today. Pls tell your staffers to do better. Customer service is key!

Update: spoke with Mr Edwin, the owner this evening. I will say he takes pride in his business and went above and beyond to not only apologize for the actions of his employees but also to review the video footage of my experience yesterday . My experience there was a one off, in my years of going there.

The customer service at this store is top tier! I stopped by the store on Sunday 4/10 about 10 minutes before the shop opened. Naturally the store was closed so I called but didn’t leave a voice message. Fast forward to today 4/11, I got a call back from the owner! I was so impressed that she had called back because I didn’t leave a voice message. Thank you for continuing to serve our community such excellence!

This has to be the best African store in Frisco and it’s neigbouring environs.
It had everything I needed and the prices are affordable and the staff are lovely as well.
I enjoyed the ambience (nice music, very clean store) and the services I got.
I’d highly recommend!!

I was ecstatic to find out that we had an African market closer to home. No more driving far away for our much needed seasonings and spices. This African store is a top-notch! Very clean with no odor. Does not look like a typical African store. They are well stocked and products are well arranged, easily accessible to their customer. Prices are also very reasonable for their location. More so, customer service here is amazing!!! Please, go check out and you will not be disappointed!!!

It always An Amazing Experience for me, each time i visit K&k African Market, a well stocked shop for all kind of African Food and products. My first impression of K&K, was the Freshness, the cooling environment, down to the Organic Products fully stocked in various Freezers, at a very affordable Price.

This place is great in all ways! They have everything you are looking for. No need to travel 1 hour to get all the African foods I need! Customer service is exceptional. They make you feel like more than a customer.

They offer top notch customer service I have ever gotten from any African market/ Restaurant . The quality of their products keeps me going, dont know how they do it but I must confess it's the BEST place to shop African in the DFW area. Keep the standard guys.
