T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Today I had the best experience at T-Mobile that I have ever had. Aimua assisted me and was so informative. He introduced me to all the perks of having my plan like Netflix, Apple tv, free virus protection, etc. I never knew T-Mobile offered so many perks. One thing about me, I love a PERK!!!

Hey these guys were awesome! Thanks to the folks here at this branch of Tmobile were very helpful! Jonathan,Rico ,Aimua ,store manager Devonte. They were extremely helpful and they saved us a lot of money by switching over!! Thank you guys for the effort and I definitely recommend this branch! They also weren’t too busy like the other branches which made things a lot easier and faster!!

I came into the store with a broken phone and Aimua was able to get me a new phone in no time. The representatives are super friendly and very helpful, I left very satisfied!

JAMES IS THE MAN!!!! There’s a difference between someone that does a great job and someone that goes way above and beyond, that is James! I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good experience as I did with this T-Mobile and of course, James! We were having a really hard time getting our previous phone company to release one of our phones. I was frustrated and after two weeks into it. I had to take a couple days off to adjust my attitude. Out of nowhere, we got a call from James informing us that within two hours our phone would be turned on. We didn’t ask him to Fix the situation. He saw an issue and took it upon himself to handle it, for us. WOW! Who does that? Now that’s service!
