AT&T Store

At&t here has always been a wonderful experience! Carlos today went above beyond to help in my situation. He was kind, patient and very professional! If you like saving money leave those other carriers!

Dalia provided excellent customer service for me and my husband. She was very attentive therefore we had no waiting time. Dalia was also able to provide us with information pertaining to ways of saving and amazing deals that the store had at the moment! She answered all of our questions kindly and provided us with contact information in case we needed further assistance. Would recommend this store 100 percent!

Carlos was super! He helped me transfer all the data from my old phone to my new phone in a really short amount of time. He was cheerful, very knowledgeable, and didn’t talk down to this 79 year old woman! Great employee and an asset to the company!

The employee was extremely excellent in helping us out! Only reason we waited so long was because at&t only put one employee on shift for that entire day! And there was many Customers. I had a really great experience fixing a connection issue when porting in my number with representative Alan and store managers Javier and Dalia. Marcos was also another representative going out of his way to help Alan any way possible. I definitely recommend this store for any issues.

At&t on Ruben Torres has the best sales people in brownsville! The person you should look forward into talking to is Mr. Javier Acuña, he is one of the best person there is. Overall, they all provide great service and leave you with no questions. 1000% recommended!

She was very knowledgeable and was a joy to work withservice to at$t and purchase an iPhone 14.

Javier Acuna and Lauren Muñiz were both very patient and kind and helped activate a new line and transfered all my old data despite my not purchasing anything. I would definitely come when there are better promotions
