It saddens me that this place has negative reviews bc I’ve been coming here for years. The store is always clean inside and out. The staff are super friendly. I truly enjoy bantering with them and getting recommendations on favorite restaurants, etc. The breakfast tacos are the best out of ANY Laredo Taco in town. I’ve introduced coworkers and friends alike to their tacos and even their lunches and created “lifers” to this specific location. Can’t say enough great things about a gas station mart and restaurant lol. Who knew!?

Hey manager what up? I want 5 star service from you next time smarty pants.

4/26 The cashier is on a weird power trip, denied serving me a couple of beers because my deodrant and gum made him smell alcohol on me. This isn't the first time he's been rude and has refused to give my items because a friend of mine who wasn't even in the store didn't have his ID on him.

Never coming to this location again , told me my ID was fake ???? Because it didn’t shine ??? It looked shiny to me when he put the light . I told him that , that is my real ID like I don’t understand why he can’t take it or scan it ? He just say “ I’m sorry I can’t “ didn’t even scan it to double check . I understand if it was a fake ID like alright you got me but it’s Just so annoying when it feels like I’m being accused of something when it was a real ID. I like going to this store because it’s on my way home , and although the guy was nice I don’t understand the lack of knowledge on determining a real Identification?? Never ever had issues with my ID before but today apparently there was a issue

Up charges low income college students!!
I bought a spray that was priced and labeled at $2.79 with a $20 bill.
I asked the lady working today 12/9/23 at 10am to put the rest on the pump.
Why did she only put $14 and some cents on my pump?
She up charged my $2.79 spray to $5.40 and I didn’t remember until I was questioning the amount of gas I put.
Unfortunately I was in a rush and didn’t get my receipt but if I ever see you working I will confront you after I make sure you don’t up charge me again.
Other than this experience, I have had amazing customer service. The lady was probably too lazy to check the price or wanted to up charge me. Either way it’s terrible

The owner or manager is rude, poorly educated, even though we people end up consuming, this person who I don't know what his job is in the store, treats us in a rude and despotic way! In this store they have no sense of customer service! It is not recommended to enter the store

The cashiers rob people out of there change , I would always ask for a receipt when coming to this gas station you can’t trust the cashiers!!

Came in to purchase fuel wanted to put $10 on card the rest in change $5 and a few $1's the lady said sorry cant take it unless it's rolled really first y'all are wanting exact change then its oh sorry cant take the change its ok went across the street to shells and the guy there had no problem taking the money.

The other day, I waited at the counter for 10 minutes just for some to come out the back after calling for someone the entire time, only to be rushed out of the store by the cashier throwing my change on the counter with no regard to my person.
Today I bought a refrigerated pre made burger that when opened had mold on it. Customer support is non responsive and is no help at all.

Straight trash from the food tho the service. Plus highly argumentative and discriminatory employees based on race wealth and diability. Stay away steer the opposite most direction.

Is not open 24 hours. Never know when they'll be closed plus they don't at least put a sign.

One of the employees literally body shamed my friend. Awful staff.

El manager es muy falta de respeto se cree que la gas es de el y trata a uno como si fueramos extraterrestres, no se recomienda pasar por por ese establecimiento mientras este ese mal educado de jefe. Y por otra parte las etiquetas dicen un precio y te cobran lo que quieren.
