I was considering purchasing a pool table from a discount online retailer, but after reading many nightmare reviews about those tables not being put together properly, I realized that finding a local professional was the best choice for installation and would likely make the biggest difference in how satisfied I would be with this expensive purchase. After researching the options in the mid-south, it quickly became clear that Greg is considered the best around. After meeting and working with Greg, I can say that he earned that reputation. After two visits to his showroom and several phone calls, I was able to find a great table from Legacy. But, it was watching the assembly process by Greg and his team where I really saw the skill that is needed. My new table honestly plays better than any other table I have played on over the years. On top of the superior work, Greg and his team are very responsive and spent as much time with my family as we needed to pick the right table, felt, balls, and cues. Any questions from my wife and kids and were also listened and responded to the same as any questions that I asked. The overall customer service experience was great. They will educate you on the available options and help you make the best choice for your budget.

I'm so glad I decided on going with Legacy pool table. I ordered directly from Greg at Brooks Billiards. I must say we were well taken care of. He even saved us several hundred dollars that we would have spent on the Legacy website. The delivery was flawless as well. My table was installed in under 3 hours. I can’t say enough about Brooks Billiards! I was looking for a good beginner table and went into there showroom just looking for info on different tables and what to look for if I where to buy a used table. The salesman said that they didn’t have any used tables at the time but they where going to get a used table that afternoon and would send me pictures. I ended up purchasing that table and they installed the table for me with brand new felt and gave me a 3 year warranty. Yes a warranty on a used table I also received 8 cues and a cue rack three of which where brand new. I was highly impressed and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool table

Greg is awesome, super nice, and really knows what he's doing. It only took him a couple hours to perfectly build and level our pool table, and the pricing is more than fair! I HIGHLY recommend hiring him for your pool table needs.

The entire staff was so helpful and very knowledgeable! I will NEVER go ANYWHERE else!! There is no comparison in other local stores’ products.

I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience we had with Brooks Billiards. From selection to installation, it was an absolute Cadillac experience. The installers were even kind enough to stay and play a few games of pool with our son. Highly recommend!!!

Greg was one of the most professional people dealt with in 2020. On top of that he was thoughtful, courteous, and very accommodating. Furthermore, his detail to providing me with me the perfect set up in my home was exceptional. He fines tuned every detail and was very thoughtful with the placement in the room.

After speaking with several pool table dealers and dealerships and not liking what I was hearing I googled pool tables in Memphis Tennessee area Brooks came up I called spoke to Greg for about 15 minutes and at the end of that 15 minutes I knew I didn't want to deal with anybody else.. his answers were straightforward he had exactly what I wanted then he talked me into spending money for something I didn't want. after he explained it to me I was more than one hundred percent happy and hundred percent satisfied
Basically he sold me a bigger better table for just a little bit more money. He showed up on time just like Santa Claus with his little helper Marlowe. They unpacked the truck and went right to work 3 hours later I was shooting pool. As the old saying goes many are called few are chosen.. Brooks is definitely a chosen One.

This is the second pool table I have bought from these guys, one at the office. Got a great deal on the price, on time setup and delivery, and I dont think you could ask for better setup on the table. Saving up for the shuffle board now!
