Tons of products for our town, a little pricey but that's to be expected in a beauty supplier. Any time I have gone in the employees have been friendly and super helpful, even when what they point out to me for my needs is not the most expensive thing they could sell me on their shelves, which I appreciate. :)

I came in today asking for advice on how to dye my hair silver, everything I'd need etc. They had me buy this new brand they were displaying called "strawberry leopard" and it turned my hair GREEN. On top of that they told me to dilute the dye with conditioner which resulted in patches of blonde and green. I have a full scheduled weekend and Im going to have to wear a hat to hide it.

Edit: I gave 2 stars because the girl at the front counter isn't to blame. She tried and if there was something she didn't understand she asked her supervisor, who told me to dilute the dye. I'm mad and upset.

I go there and ask for something that don't make my greasy and I get what they tell me..::::: lard would have been cheaper.....
