Shoe Sensation

I am sorry I did not get the name of the 2 clerks who assisted me. They were a God send that day. I was shopping with my brother and we were both tense and tempers were growing short. They quickly grasp the situation and stepped in without being obvious about what they were doing. The upshot was we both got a break, tempers cooled and we each got a pair of shoes at a good price. The shoes were exactly what we each had wanted and the clerks were outstanding!!!!! I will go back to this store whenever I need shoes. I think the clerks were Angels in disguise!

I went into the store knowing exactly what I wanted, but was disappointed to find a limited selection of said shoes. I was about to leave but the training manager and the new store manager asked if they could help in any way, so I asked if they could see if they had what I was looking for. Sure enough, they found the shoes I wanted at a different location, rang me up and they are even sending the shoes from the other location to my home, free of charge! The staff there today were extremely helpful and knew exactly how to retain a customer. Nothing about this store has changed (and I mean that in a positive way) since my son and I started shopping there when we first moved here 7 years ago. Quality shoes, exceptional service!

We sporadically stopped here for matching pairs of some Hey Dude. The two amazing staff (James and Haley) went above and beyond to ensure we left with what we came for. They are friendly, helpful and professional. They made our day.

My grandson and I went into Shoe Sensation in Cookeville today looking for some new kicks and work boots. The gentleman who helped us was fabulous. He helped us find both! He provided the best customer service I have received at any of the local shoe stores in years. In the past we have gone from one shoe store to another with little or no customer service help, but not today. Today we left as satisfied and happy customers! Thank you to Shoe Sensation and to the very personable gentleman who actually obviously enjoys his job!

Very nice sales lady in the store. She was quiet helpful.

Lots of nice brand name shoes at affordable prices but the best part is the year warranty. We will be shopping here for shoes first.

Right when I walked in the store a young man asked me if he could help me find anything but I had found what I was looking for quickly. Then at the register I did purchase a pair of shoes and I asked for any discounts and he found one for me. So I was very happy with my visit

Big selection of shoes. Only place in town that had the kind of shoes I wanted. The associates at the Jefferson st. was very knowledgeable on the shoes I was looking for and was real good people persons. Thank you all for helping me find the shoes I was looking for.

Came here to get my 5 yr old son some shoes. Hes growing like a weed. Sales Associate was helpful and nice. Came out with a pair of shoes my son loved after he tried on 5 pairs. Sales Associate was informative and knew her stuff.

I recently went to She Sensation in Cookeville Tn. and was very pleased with the whole experience. Marla that works there went above and beyond to help me in my search for Hey Dudes! Although they didn’t have what I was looking for, she was able to locate them at other stores and have them sent to her store. I truly appreciate her kindness and help!

the store was clean and tidy, and the associates were friendly and wearing masks. The had a great instock selection, and more than coild order.
My purchase was very reasonable, and the product was good quailty. Before I left they upsold me a can of waterproof spray and helped me decide where to buy my next pair from.
