I have absolutely nothing but positive things to say about this place. I first went in because they were open an hour after my usual place had closed for the night. They treated me like I had been a close friend as soon as they saw me. Every time afterwards, I felt like they were genuinely happy to see me.

Their prices and selections are amazing, and every time I come in with any kind of issue, they either have a solution or a recommendation. They might not have immediate fix for issues you may have, but that's more of an issue with the manufacturer. I'm finding this to be my new regular location. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do!

The staff is super friendly!!! Variety is out of this world! Every time my boyfriend and I go to this store (which is multiple times a week) we laugh and cut up with the 2 guys there. BEST smoke shop in town hands down. Also wanted to add that my bestie is a lesbian and she loves the place too. They always treat us like family!

I love this shop. Every time I come in with a question, the guys are very well informed, helpful, and always have a positive personality. I've been coming to this shop for 4 months and the products that I've gotten have helped me to quit smoking tobacco and save money while doing so. While Vapes are not a permanent alternative to quitting smoking, with the assistance of the guys behind the counter I was guided to the cool vapes (I've bought 2 so far) that fit my pocket $$ and personality. 540 smoke and vape has basically everything you need and the customer service is amazing. moe, the store manager, is the nicest and funniest guy you will ever meet and will get you exactly what you want. i’ve been going there for years and he never disappoints. 10/10 would recommend!

Love the guys in this shop, totally knowledgeable, super friendly. They always do their best to cut you a great deal and help set up your product. Can never spend less than 30 mins in there because we get to talking, favorite local vape shop.

My husband and I are trying to quit smoking and we decided to stop into this new shop in a shopping center close to us. We went into the store kinda knowing what we were looking for and thankfully the guy behind the counter knew what he was talking about. We purchased a couple of vapes and some of the “juice.” We go home happy with our purchases then the next day one of the pens quit working so my husband took it back. The same knowledgeable person helped him and he got another. Well here we are a few days after purchase and my pen quit working, back to the store we went. Yet again we are helped by the same young man, he apologized for the inconvenience and replaced the second pen. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to get loyal customers. I would definitely recommend this place for your vaping needs.

Great customer service. Super friendly and helpful. Decent selection of vape supplies and very reasonable prices. Google maps has them listed on the corner but they are actually located beside the Food Lion, so just disregard the GPS.

The best smoke shop I have visited in Columbia SC. I usually go to ones downtown and they are not near as nice and welcoming as these guys were! They were very helpful and super nice with everything I was looking for and they have everything you need! i found everything I needed and more. Definitely will be coming back.

Brand new shop so they don't have everything they're gonna have but i'll never go anywhere else to get what I need. I've been to vape shops in multiple states and the customer service of the guy who works here (I wish I knew his name) is top notch. He makes recommendations based on what you want/need not what costs more or what's popular at the moment. They also have a decent assortment of tobacco products and pipes but I can't leave an accurate review because I don't use or know enough about those products.

Customer service was outstanding, attentive and informative. Absolutely the best pricing I've seen in three years of vaping and I'll be going back again later today just to support the shop. Totally blown away. 540 killin it

Not sure how many people work there but the one guy I did see every time I went knew what he was talking about and provided great service. I highly recommend this place to anyone that vapes (new or experienced). They have a friendly and professional atmosphere and can meet you tobacco or vape needs with a wide selection of choices available. If I ever come back to Columbia this place will be on my list of places to go!
