I called to ask for coil availability and Garrett answered as was extremely helpful and warm (unlike a nearby competitor who I called first). He answered all of my questions and made sure he had what I needed before I drove there (I was 30 minutes away I work in Florence often)
When I arrived at the store Garrett and Brett we professional and friendly and they both assisted me with taking apart the tank to me New Wismec CB-60 with Armor NS tank that I am still learning how to take apart.
I wish you guys were down in Myrtle Beach where I live but honestly I will probably just come to your store from now on.

Solid store with a solid collection of all types of stuff. I'm a beginner to vaping and the guys in the store really helped me find something. I ended up getting a puff bar and they helped pick out some good flavor combos. My go to vape shop now.

Great employees. Awesome guy here named Jason that always is helpful. All the employees are but Jason stands out the most. They have tons of great products and can order things that might not have in stock. This is by far the best place to go for vape or smoke supplies. I would choose this place over a Smoker's Town every single time. The only downfall is where the location is but for some people who live in the town, it is probably convenient.

Jason, the owner/operator, Nick, and pretty much all of the employees here are very helpful. They are out of coils quite frequently, but they still get 5 stars for their customer service. I truly believe that Jason would give you the shirt off of his back, if only it meant that you weren't without a shirt, very accommodating. I wouldn't, however, try to take advantage of his kindness.

Purchased a Juul starter kit and some extra pods. Fair prices.

First time visting the store the other day and they keep it very clean. They are very knowledgeable and very respectable. Then on my second visit a certain Brett was very helpful and helped change out 2 coils on 2 different mods and gave good advice on juices...Try circus cotton candy my husband loves it. Will be returning to same store in future

It was my first time visiting, and they had SO MUCH TO LOOK AT! But really, they have a great selection of everything..fumes, Hyde's, and flavors I didn't even know they made! It was hard to decide- kinda like trying to decide on a piece of candy lol! I want to get the short dark skinned guy with the goatees name that was working Tuesday night bc he was awesome and knew his stuff! You want vapes, e-cigarettes, cbd, and all the other things who's names and purposes I have no idea about, then Florence, THIS IS WHAT'S UP!!

Been going to this shop when he first opened up. Grand opening even. Jason, the manager, is the absolute best. Funny as Hell, great prices, just all in all one of the best business guys in Florence! Lots of products, from juice, to mods, to small ecigs! Best place to be.

I come to Smoke O Vape for everything at least 3 times a week, Jason is the absolute best with all the deals. Always new stuff, great atmosphere, very chill. I would never go anywhere else to get any vape supplies or just anything period.

Great store, best juice prices in the area, tons of variety on flavors and mods, run by some of the friendliest people I have met. This store is easily worth the 5 stars. Tell the staff Blake sent you!!!!

Helpful and knowledgable. Has gone out of their way time after time to ensure I was satisfied including replacing defective coils with no questions asked. Great selection of juices. Only place in florence that has the variety and newest mods and tanks available. I wont shop anywhere else.

The staff is knowledgable about vaping supplies. They are helpful and personable. There are a couple of employees who just want to make a sale but others who are honest and want to help. Ask the right questions and listen to the answers and how they answer. The skinny shirt guy seems very honest, the chubby guy seems like he just wants the sale. The tall hippy looking guy is friendly and knowledgeable but also just wants the sale. The store is well kept and clean. The prices are fair and in sync with the market. Some improvements can be made but it is on par with other vape shops in the area.

So far it's the best b&m around Florence. Folks there know their stuff, are nice, and won't try to upsell you. They have an excellent up to date selection and it doesn't hurt that their prices are great for a b&m too.

My experience in this shop was amazing, especially Jason he knows his vape stuff , I couldn’t find a mesh falcon coil no where. But guess what he has them . Keep up the great work thank you 🙏

I absolutely love this store. It is a Smoker's Dream! The staff are very helpful and friendly. If you miss it the first time, like i did, just look for the bright LED Lights around the windows.
