Carolina Cycle

I am repairing a salvage '22 Suzuki V-STROM 1050XT. To identify a good long-term parts supplier, I ordered parts from three online sellers. I found Caroline Cycle to be the best considering cost, price transparency, communications, and speed of delivery.

Nice dealership. Service department very knowledgable and capable. They keep it clean and are always busy. It's funny when you read other reviews. People from out of town are always pushy and expect you to drop what your doing to make them fell good. When your not seeing the whole side of it. I've had very good experiences with this shop. I always call ahead for an appointment and for just 2 guys they get it done. Very happy returning customer.

These guys are great. The have fair priced services, a good selection of accessories, and can handle special parts orders like lightning. I wish I lived close by. If I did this would be my primary bike shop. Thanks Duncan, Cory, & Mark!

I ordered a part by mistake on my part and after discovering this after 4 days an error on my end. I called Carolina Cycle to see if I could cancel the part I ordered from them and without any hesitation they cancelled the order and refunded all my money. Parts ordering will definitely have my future business,
