The salesman met me at the door. He knew exactly what cartridge I needed for my printer, explaining the two available types of cartridges as we walked. He went directly to the cartridges. Then he asked if I needed anything else, like paper. I needed paper. He showed me a sale on paper. We were in and out of the store quickly. I like that!!! Nice, capable employee👍

I ordered a banner from another online printer and paid the extra $45 for overnight shipping. Received a notice the next day that it wouldn’t be delivered for another week. Cancelled that order and uploaded my design to OfficeMax for next day pickup. Received a message around 10 am the next morning that my banner was ready. Picked it up that afternoon and it was perfect! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will definitely use OfficeMax in the future again.
