I loved this establishment. The staff were very nice, the prices not too bad, but that all changed today. I got a metal cup with the On-The-Run name on it, and it was a nice, high quality mug. When I put drink into it I suspected something was off, but I continued to buy it and go home. The plastic lid, which was horrible quality considering the 15 dollar price tag for the actual mug, did not even close! The opening in the lid caused soda to spill over the edge of the cup, and onto my car. If it would have been a little bit closer, my radio would have gotten soaked! I went back to the store to return it, smoke most likely fuming out of my ears because I was very angry. You would expect a store to replace a product that is defective, but guess what, the lid isn't owned by their store. The cashier said they could do nothing about it, and I stormed off and threw this horrible, overpriced, defective cup onto the sidewalk and left, (Of course actually picking up the metal cup, to which I threw it away later when I got home, I mean I'm not going to get a ticket for On-The-Run's bad service.) I will never be going to this establishment again, and I encourage anybody reading this review to follow with my decision, too.

Had an awful experience here. There is this mean old man, looks like in his sixties, who needs to be fired. Me and my friend went in there, he was going to buy cashews and I was going to by a drink and chips. My friend walked in the store with a shake that CLEARLY SAID "BOP"S" on the cup. After we got our things to buy, my friend told me to buy the cashews for him because he left his phone outside in his bag. When he walks out, the cashier yelled at him and screamed, "GET BACK IN HERE!" My friend did not not hear him because the cashier yelled at my friend when he was already outside the building. He then screamed and cursed at me for 15 minutes. He told me how my friend didn't pay for the drink he stole. I explained to him that the drink was a shake from "Bop's". It took the cashier a full 10 minutes or so, to finally realize that. I even kept my cool and was super respectful. He then told me how my friend can't be hanging out here and not buying anything. I tried explaining to him that he was going to buy the cashews, but wanted to check on his phone he left outside. The cashier mainly just ignored what I said. I went out the store and gave my friend his cashews. We were just about to leave until the old man rushes out the store and yells and curses at my friend for the same reasons he yelled at me even after I explained everything. By the way were both fourteen years old. I really wish I didn't have to go through all of that. Beware of this crazy man. He is almost bald with a little bit of hair on the sides. He also has a goatee type of facial hair.

Hello, I’d like to report a complaint of false advertising. I was under the impression if you had a legal federally approved state I’d or driver’s license and were over the age of 21 you could legally buy cigarettes. However, after a hard day of going without through work; which, by the look of how I was treated most probably due to the fact of my young demeanor (aka. discriminatory); the employee “Kenneth” could not relate and must’ve known something I didn’t, (with all the hard work he does refusing service) maybe like “the right to refuse service to any and all customers.” I hope he knows he has to provide probable reasoning for denial when contested in court; proceeded to make my experience and day even more so unpleasant than it already was. The shell gas station across the street must be making a lot of money, judging from the reviews of this comment section, enough so that a call to the better business bureau to explain to them why that might be... Then possibly a call to my lawyer so he can thank me for the money he WILL be making on this case when I confirm these two very important calls. I apologize for this companies improper practice of business to the rest of the comments cuz lord knows we won’t get one from them. You can thank shell for my service good day.

Went in there yesterday for the first time since the remodel. Place was clean, but the guy behind the counter was rude. I purchased an icee and put it in a insulated cup so it could stay cold rather than and icee cup because I was going to be outdoors for a long period of time and I didn’t want it to melt. As soon as I approached the counter to pay for it, he asked if it was soft drink and I said no, it’s an icee. In an ugly tone of voice he replied, “you can not put a icee in those cups, that’s why we have icee cups”. I asked him if he wanted me to go change the cup and his reply was “no, just remember that the time time you come in”. Well guess what? I won’t be back! Not because he said I couldn’t use an insulated cup, (but what’s the difference if you put coke or an icee in that type of cup, just charge me for a soda), but it was because of the way he said it. It didn’t come across nice at all! Not sure if this man is the owner or not, but they lost the rest of my business! There is no need to be rude, there are nice ways of saying things. I was also pumping gas there as well so when I went out I stopped the pump, didn’t want to give them anymore of my money! Who ever owns this place if it is not the man working the evening shift around 5:30ish, please have a talk with this man, he is not pleasant at all!!

Never have I gone out my way to write a review, much less about a gas station, but dear lord the gremlin that works in here has the most VILE attitude. So sad, not sure how he has a job being such a eye sore. Will gladly never go here again (: learn to use your own machine you lazy mong, good luck with the balding.

An elderly man cursed at me and my friend for going in and making a purchase. I had asked my friend to buy me some good old cashews and I left after he bought some. I then proceeded to wait for my friend to bring out my cashews and after receiving the cashews, the man came out of the store to curse at me.
