Bought a motorcycle and it needed a tail light went to I don't know how many parts stores to get one and even motorcycle stores and nobody had a little tail light bulbs and we finally went to O'Reilly's in Sedalia and they were unable to provide a little tail light light bulb but they were nice about it so that made up for a lot we had we finally went to a motorcycle shop in Blue Springs Missouri and you know what they have the tail light bulbs and we bought it there they even put it in good job Outlaw motorcycle Harley Davidson you outdid O'Reilly's

I love O'Reilly! I am a DIY mechanic. I fix things on all the cars in my family and always go to O'Reilly for whatever parts I need. The parts seem fairly priced. The staff is always knowledgeable and will show me the various part options available. They explain the differences in the parts and don't try to pressure me into buying an expensive part. Love this place!

If they don't have the part you need and can't get the part for you they still point you in the right direction for the cheapest fastest service even if that means giving a competitor a sale.. they also do price match with most places.... cause there at Grain Valley O'Reilly's they want you to leave satisfied and with everything you need for your vehicle's.... the store manager has really turned the store around since he took over

I don’t go anywhere else than O’Reilly’s if I can help it. They always have an at home feel and generally great customer service tool loaning options. This particular location has helpful staff that are knowledgeable and work out issues with you. I have worked through more than one problem just through talking to the representatives here. I highly recommend this O’Reilly‘s.
