Being Both Big AND Tall, I like going into the store to try stuff on. I wish they had one of everything in all sizes as 'try ons' because sometimes the cut is different. I also would like to see everything that is on-line availble to order even if the item is out of stock. This way, DXL knows what the customers want or need and can go ahead and order more asap.

Great selection and help at this location! I needed something to wear at a wedding, and found exactly the right items for the event.

Just stopped into today and had a phenomenal experience with Ray. He greeted me upon entry, then made sure to check in and help me with exactly what I needed. He was friendly and had a great, genuine demeanor. I was looking for a Blazer and a few shirts, and got exactly what I needed in about 10 minutes. Excellent experience. I appreciate being able to walk into a store and not feel poorly, because usually it’s tough to find my size. Kudos to Ray for a fantastic job!

The team at the Alpharetta store are top notch. We drive all the way from Lawrenceville to the Alpharetta location, which is further than the Mall of GA location because they're just so much better. I appreciate the enthusiasm and willingness to help. Not once did I feel like I was bothering them. No angsty teenager attitudes, the store was immaculate, and everyone there was friendly and went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend.

Will is AMAZING! He was very attentive to finding my husband's right size and the right fits. Will is very passionate about his job! He was EXCELLENT!! It was our first time entering this store and it already felt like home. We didn't know a store like this existed for tall people, thank goodness we found y'all & Will!! Best experience ever! I received outstanding customer service at this location today. I had to pick up an outfit for a wake. The gentleman who was working helped me with each item that I needed. He was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We will definitely pay a bit more and this big main store than you will at the box stores, but today the service I receive definitely made up for the difference in price.

As a dude who’s always been self-conscious when trying on clothes at a store, this place made it easier than ever. The stuff was super helpful and I loved the way I looked in everything I tried on. I’ve never looked so good in a suit! I’ve been bigger than I am now & I’ve been smaller than I am now, but never have I enjoyed my outfit shopping experience more than when I went here. Felt like the store was made just for me :)

I actually got to go inside and try on some shoes I seen online. Didn't like the results cause, the shoes ended up being uncomfortable. Not a size issue,
But store person was very nice and helpful.
