Honestly the best UPS store experience my husband and I have ever had. First off, we were so thankful they were open on a weekend for us to get our mail out in a timely manner.

When we entered the store we were both in shock on how friendly the staff were. We were shown exactly where to find what we needed to mail my return. We both left amazed on how helpful and nice they all were. Enough to write a review. And I never write reviews. So thank you UPS on old hwy 5 Woodstock for helping make something as annoying as a return not painful at all!

We are so happy to have this new and great UPS Store for our packages just around the corner of our location.
Our experience with the UPS store at the Toonigh Village Kroger Plaza had been absolutely fabulous every time and I would refer them to everyone. The Owner and his staff are always very professional and courteous, We are very pleased with the service.

I went to UPS for the first time and had an amazing experience! Brandon that works there is the true walking representation of customer service and helping out others. He went out of way to help me ship my package and followed up. I will only be coming to this location from now on. Good job hiring a true and kind person UPS! Highly recommend coming to this location!

This UPS store is great! I didn’t realize they closed at 4:00 on Saturday but the owner was still there and was happy to take care of me. He showed me how to use the self serve kiosk for Amazon returns which is super easy! Excellent customer service.

Brandon, the owner at this UPS store is AMAZING! The entire staff that I have met have been nothing but kind, caring, and personable! Brandon was able to assist us in making some car magnets and business cards for my husband’s small business. He was so easy to work with and quick to respond to any request I had. I don’t even live in this area, but I will be going out of my way to use this store forever now!

Honestly the best UPs location I’ve ever been to. My husband and I both left Saturday morning in shock on how helpful and friendly the staff were. We were helped with exactly what we needed. And we’re in and out within 2 minutes. We will most definitely be making this location our go to spot for all mailing needs.

Brandon is nothing short of amazing. He followed up with me until my package was delivered during bad winter weather in Alabama. He reached out to me two times via phone and kept me updated the entire time. He is very wonderful and kind. Just had a fantastic experience at this new UPS store. Good old fashioned customer service is too rare these days! It’s a bonus they are conveniently located in the Kroger shopping center at Toonigh & Hwy 5.

Very nice people. Smiles when I walked in. Opened the door for me and my package cart. Just found the store today. Glad they're here! Oh! They also have 3D printing services!

Went to this location for the first time, everyone was super friendly and helpful! And I saw that this location is both Locally and Veteran owned. I will definitely start going to this locations instead of others even though it’s a little farther from my house.

Friendliest staff in a UPS store ever experienced, love that they opened this location here but the associates are top tier.

The woman was super helpful and the man was attentive. She helped me with my package and gave me my receipt and told me helpful information about my return package.
