AT&T Store

I felt really comfortable working with Dane at this store, I came for a specific purpose and he didn't try to up sale me or manipulate me into more add ons like many sales people tend to do. He reviewed my account line by line to ensure that I wasn’t overlaying for unnecessary upgrade features. Companies like this tend to force employee to push additional services to increase sales which can actually push customers away. Thank you Dane for being upfront and honest with me, you’re a great representation of what amazing customer service looks like.

Elaina the store employee was awesome . It became very busy but she stayed calm and spoke to everyone. She was working on 4 lines for us. Everyone that was there waiting were very happy and we all became friends through this. She made sure we had the best experience. I would highly recommend this At&T store to everyone.

Went in to upgrade my phone about an hour before close. Cameron was the only worker there and it seemed like with each person that came in, nothing went right. He kept his composure, made sure everybody was taken care of, and in the end everybody left happy. Shoutout to Robert as well who was helping over the phone when off the clock. These gentlemen were both very helpful. I highly recommend this store on Holly Springs Rd and to work with Cameron and Robert.

Robert is the BEST! He is very knowledgeable and friendly! From the beginning he was extremely helpful and knew every answer to any question we had. He remembered my husband and I on many of our follow up visits to the store and provided an overall amazing experience. We will continue to visit this location as long as he is employed here!

I have used AT&T for years but this was by far our best experience . Jonathan and Elaina were amazing . Both personable and professional . Jonathan made sure they everything was perfect and that my watch synced .

Great service from Darian and Kim. The total transaction time was quick considering complexity of order. Fantastic and friendly service when we upgraded 3 phones. Even got a tablet as well.

Robert was professional and fast. A MASSIVE diff from the corp store on Hwy 92 next to IHOP. They broke what was working and failed in a simple phone replacement. Go to Holly Springs ATT!

Awesome service every time I've been. There is sometimes a wait but not always and never annoying long. The last two visits were quick and thorough service.

Matthew was amazing! We had SO many obstacles with switching service from Tmobile and he was the best! He helped us with every step of the way including going above and beyond to make sure we were set. He stayed after his shift was over to make sure our 4 lines went smoothly. We had a horrible experience with the Cartersville At&t the day before and came to Matthew's store in our last hope of getting set up with At&t. If it wasn't for him, At&t would not have gained us as a customer. We will be visiting this Holly Springs store for any future purchases thanks to him! Vivi was also super helpful and great assisting Matthew in our complicated situation. Definitely the A team that rocked the customer service!

Best ATT store experience ever. ViVi the truth. She made me feel comfortable to ask questions. She thought they were out of iPads and was about to let her sale walked out the store and go to another. Because she understood how bad I needed it.
She made the interaction about me, not her sales!

Matt the manager, is by far the greatest the employee. He is down to earth, eager to help and overall 10/10. He went above and beyond to help us. Matt deserves a 40% raise asap. I will not go to any other store just because of him. I will only go see Matt in Holly Springs.

Came in with the upgrade for the new IPhone 14 pro max. The call center that ordered our phones sent us the wrong phones. The store manager Matt was very apologetic and helpful even though it was a call center that messed everything up. He was able to help us return the wrong phones that were sent to us and able to get us the correct phones within a few days instead of the 2-4 week waiting period. Very helpful will be doing all business with ATT inside the store for now on. Much better than dealing with the call centers.

Today I was treated like family at this location. From Matthew making sure he took care of everything I could need, to Reka literally hugging me and offering her support. I had an extremely delicate situation arise from my abusive husband, and I couldn't have asked for any more kindness than I was shown today. Kudos to this location and the staff they placed here. I will always reccomend it.

Matthew was very courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. This is the second time he has helped me and both times he demonstrated the qualities listed above. Today he answered all of my questions about the choices for a new iPhone, informed me about how to accomplish my trade in, transferred my data a apps to the new phone and helped me set it up. If I need assistance again, I will make sure Matthew is the employee that helps me.
