I went into Sally’s today looking for a product but was very uncertain on which product I needed. Alexis and Jazmine assisted me and was very helpful. I was very impressed with both the lady’s knowledge with all the diff products. They were so professional. And I want to add that Alexis has helped me so many times when I’ve visited Sally’s and every single time she has suggested a product for me it’s always been perfect choice. These two lady’s are awesome.

I don't get here as often as I would like. The staff are always helpful and always knows what I am looking for even when I am not sure. They have some good sales and have a variety of products.

Store manager is oblivious to corporate return policy nor does the manager know how to interpret the return policy literally on the back of the store receipts. Electronic appliances and shears are returnable (used or not used) within a specific date range with a receipt for a full refund. Without a receipt store credit is applicable. I had to involve corporate to obtain my refund with my original receipt.
You just lost a loyal customer.

There was a girl at the counter today with Green hair, face piercings. She on shift at 2-3pm today is Wednesday November 8. Couldn't even hear her, she only whispers and I'm hard of hearing. I have anxiety and that is not how you usually talk to customers. Anyways she also flipped her name tag around so no one knows her name and if she did greet me it was so quiet that I didn't hear it. Just disappointed with the customer service I received today, usually people are actually happy to help. Not her though
