The new employees at this store are amazing! They’re so knowledgeable, VERY helpful, SUPER friendly, and the new owners really care about their customers! I was in this store the other day with several Amazon returns, and also had to send an email to have some thing printed, and faxed. All of the employees jumped in to help! They were extremely patient, and so helpful!!! I recommend using them for all of your printing/shipping/mailing needs!

I've been a customer for a long time and always have had good service. Today was no exception. Colton and Connor were very helpful to me and other customers in/out of the store. I was there for a while, as I had documents that needed faxing and waited for the confirmation. While the customer service was great, $2 per page was costly ($68 total), and was charged for the cover page. I would have gone somewhere else had it not been for 1.) I've been a customer at this location for years 2.) Location is close to home, and 3.) It was too late to go somewhere else.

Ewanda always greets me (and other customers) with a smile and is eager to help! She’s super knowledgeable and knows how to best get things where they need to go fast and in tact! This UPS Store always goes the extra mile!

I’m usually on my lunch break at work and I never have to worry I’ll get delayed.
