I hate that I can't remember his name right now. Think its TJ. But that guy who worked there when it was green way is awesome!!!!!! He's always been very helpful. He's fixing my my forks on my DJ right now and he also got my other bike feeling like it's new again. I would highly recommended them for all your bike needs

Had a small repair needed and was not able to get much help from other local shops. This bike shop took me in right away and had everything working perfectly for a very reasonable price. Everyone was very nice there. I will be coming back here for any future repairs.

Pre & Post ride visit. Personal bike, not rental.

Pre - picked up some water and sunglasses, super friendly and spent the time to show not just tell me how to swap out lenses on some Smith sunglasses. Will see if they last longer than my Oakley's.

Post - 3hr session, chain came off 5-6 times and stopped into the shop before heading home. Asked techs if they had a chain guard and explained what was happening, employee and customer asked me a few troubleshooting questions. Came out to my truck and Educated me about my bike and why chain was coming off (clutch derailer?). Explain how I could use the clutch for different types of riding. Super friendly staff and customers. So relieved that it's not broken components and now I know more than I did before thanks to these solid dudes.

Will be back to Ride Santos Trails for sure and recommend to anyone I talk with to visit the bike shop.

Sunday we stopped in this shop for my first time. We were greeted as we entered by the lady at the register and she asked us how she could help us. As I was telling her what we were looking for, the gentleman in the parts department heard me and had my stuff ready by the time I made it to his counter. We could have been in and out of there in under 5 minutes. But I had questions...the lady at the register pulled up some options to show me. She discussed with me the pros and cons of each option (trail/paved) and personalized it by sharing with me that a friend had one of the options and how it worked for her riding with her child.
A perfect bike shop experience.

This is the 2nd bike I have purchased from Santos. This time I had the pleasure of working with TJ. He was very thorough and answered every question. Even when Cat Trike screwed up my order TJ got it back on track and on schedule. In my humble opinion, if you go somewhere else you don't get TJ so don't bother going someplace else. 5 stars.

Had a great experience here! Brought my bike in here after riding the trail and asked if they'd be able to tune my rear derailleur. I left it with them and they sent me a quote for the repair within a couple of days. Along with the derailleur tune they said that I needed to replace the chain, which I suspected. They had the bike back to me within a week or minus the chain due to it not being in their normal suppliers inventory. They said that they just wanted to be sure that I could ride while they ordered a chain from another source and that they'd message me when it came in. The following week it came in and I took my bike back and they installed the new chain quickly and I was off ridding again with a perfect shifting bike. Great job guys!

Great people. Every last one of them genuinely enjoy doing what they do and helping people. Beyond awesome!

Bought a new ebike online with issues. Took it Santos Bike shop and Chris was wonderful. He went over and above fixing the issues and had the bike back a day later. Thank you so much Chris.

It was my first time riding the trail with a rental. The process was easy and the ride itself was beautiful until… I hit a snag at the midway point. I called the shop and was immediately assisted by TJ from the trail side. He met me where I was with a new bike and water. customer service at the shop is phenomenal. TJ you’re a life saver - You never know what people are going through and the fact that you were kind throughout my experience really changed my day around.

Took my bicycle for a basic tune up and they did an awesome job. Everything was lubed and adjusted properly. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Fully recommend.

Great service, they make sure your rental bike is adjusted perfectly and give you all the tips you need for a fun and safe ride on the trail. Very convenient location right at Santos trail head.

Talk to a couple guys on the phone... were not the most helpful. Went to drop my bike off and leave it for a shifting issue. GPS took me past the the location on 80th. I didn't know there was 2. Stopped. The young lady greeted me when I walked in. TJ finished up with getting the other customers there before me all set. Took just a moment of his time, listen to what I had to say and looked at the bike. Adjusted the derailer and test rode it. Said it was just out of adjustment a little. Said they will call my warranty on Monday. I cannot thank those 2 enough for just taking a little time. In this day and age people don't and will just blow you off. So I SINCERELY APPRECIATE THEM TWO. THANK YOU!

Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. They take care of their customers and do everything they can to get you back up and riding again. 10/10 would recommend for all your cycling and beer drinking needs.

Top notch sales and service, hands down. TJ is my ONLY go to when it comes to working on my bikes. I've tried others and been let down -- on the trails -- literally, from poor workmanship. Walking sucks, Santos Trailside Bike Shop does not. I bring my bikes up from Orlando as a result of lessons learned. Thanks TJ and crew, worth the drive every time. Can't wait to stop by again!

Great place for a quick tuneup or repair at a reasonable price. Super convenient to trailhead and rentals that can you ride straight to trails. Stop in for a post ride beer or ice cream snack. TJ and the crew are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They also host group rides for all levels of riders on Friday evenings.

Pretty nice service and eager to help! My brother got his brake pads changed pretty quickly.

Always professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable staff with folks that actually ride bikes not just talk about them. Convenient location being directly across the street. Great for drinks, snacks, and adult beverages after the ride.
