I had bought a PS3 from them and it didn't work, I called them and got it replaced and they tested it out for me before giving me a replacement. I'm glad that they're in my state to make it easier to get things handled. Definitely will check them out again

PS3 has no sound, one of the controllers doesn't work. Unit in pretty rough shape. DO NOT BUY FROM VOOMWA. Just hit your local game shop instead. I have a feeling I'm never going to see my money again and be stuck this a broken PS3......Live and Learn. Don't make my mistake.

If I can give negative 50 stars I would. This company lies and has terrible customer service. I purchased a Wii and played it. After 20 minutes of play it kept freezing my game and stopping. I tried many times to play but the wii was broken. I emailed customer service at Voomwa and they said they would send me a replacement Wii just mail the broken Wii back to them. So I sent it back and never got another wii like they promised I essentially payed for a broken wii and $117 went to a corrupt company and I'm sure they sold my broken Wii to another customer
