The store has been completely remodeled with a new and inviting layout. Compared pricing to Amazon for what we were purchasing and the price was identical. Customer service was excellent.

Been a few years since I been here. They remodeled over a year ago and it looks pretty great. They didn't have the KVM switch I needed but they had lots of cool things. That monitor is huge.

I have been a member of the geek club longer than I want to admit. The have, or can get what you want. I remember looking for a new dishwasher, and they told me to wait for the upcoming sale to purchase!

I visited this Best Buy Sunday evening (2days ago) to purchase a tv.
I was that customer that had a lot of questions and absolutely no knowledge about TVs . After a few min of looking I was greeted by Brain M. He was patient and absolutely great at his job. He was able to multitask & help 2 other customers while still providing me with all information & attention. He never made me feel as if I was burdening him, on the contrary he seemed to enjoy his job. I had planned on spending about $800-$900 on a tv .. with all the knowledge he provided me i ups sold myself to a $1600 one . Solid Gold employee if you ask me. Thank you BRIAN.
2 days later I received my TV. Delivery was so smooth. I had a great experience over all. Happy with my purchase.

Wanted to actually see and try a few different TV’s. The salesperson was knowledgeable and patient with going through multiple models. Checkout was fast and easy. I very much appreciated that nobody tried to upsell me.

Best Buy has faster than Amazon service?
Recently, we ordered and reordered a refrigerator water filter and received the wrong item first and a defective item second after a week. Please understand this is a simple every three-month Amazon subscription order.

I looked up the item it at Best Buy, and ordered it for same day pickup 4 miles away. One hour later, the filter was installed and my wife was happy.
Have you heard “Happy wife, Happy life”.

No hassle, good price, in stock, curbside delivery. I like being on the BestBuy VIP email list, because the service and deals can be and are impressive.

On this occasion BestBuy helped ME, stay on my wife’s VIP list, because “I got it done”.

These guys are awesome, I had an unfortunate accident with a new TV that I bought the day before that I found out was damaged somehow when I unboxed it and turned it on, went to exchange it, expected them to do nothing for me because it was chipped on the side and looked like it was my fault, but they offered a $100 discount on another TV and I was so grateful, that was such a nice thing for the manager to do. Also I come here all the time, great products, respectful employees, good place.

Nathan was through, knowaledgable, extremly helpful. He performed excellently and cleared up many issues. Great representative of Best Buys Geek Squad. Would ask for him again.

Visit Tan in TV department. He has great customer service skills and his product knowledge is A+. He is a Product Trainer. He goes out of his way to help you. He stayed half an hour after closing to help us. In fact all the staff at this store seem friendly seem and seem to know what they are talking about.

One of the best shopping experiences in my life. I’m 80 years old and went into the store looking for a terrestrial antenna. Your sales consultant knew exactly what I need. He not only told me why, but he told me how this indoor antenna would work. Showed me how to program my TV.
For $69 I can now watch my 49’ers on FOX channel 40 which is no longer available on Direct TV.
I was amazed at how many channels I could get without paying a monthly fee

Needed a power plug gor my Superbox, they had it and everyone here was willing to help. I also bought a TV mount and didn't need one. Everything you'll need for home electronics

Best buy is stepped up the game and added all the new and latest things that you need for your home.

I've purchased many items here from computer components to televisions. The staff is helpful and if you watch out for deals, you can get some amazing prices in person instead of buying items online. I'd highly recommend paying them a visit for your tech needs!

Great service in the phone dept. My staff member came right over I told him what I was looking for and the price range. He rushed off to the back and grabbed exactly what i was looking for! Super fast, super friendly will definitely repeat for cell phone upgrade! Good job Best Buy!

I ordered online and they placed it in a locker for pick up. I entered the code and the door to the locker opened with my product. Couldn't have been easier.

Typical Best Buy store. The franchise continues to update and change the layout of their stores. It has been a while since I was shopping at any Best Buy, but the staff is always friendly and helpful. The store also price matches Amazon as long as the item is sold and shipped by Amazon. Which makes getting items you want on the same day very convenient.

Great best buy with everything in stock. Has a greater variety of products than other locations.
