We always go to this location for parts and they've always been very helpful. I was disappointed in Ryan throwing our cabin air filter frame in the trash after he ordered a new filter for us. It seems like he would have known or at least noticed the frame was needed for the new filter. Went back today to see if it was put aside for us, but it wasn’t. A sweet lady named Sandy found it for us in a trash can.

I always get great service without waiting long. It's not like most auto parts stores where You may have to wait a long time before you get waited on. I have tried almost all of them and I always go to Advance Auto.
