We love Lowe’s! The customer service is phenomenal. We had a TERRIBLE experience with Home Depot. We had just bought a house and needed to get cabinets into our kitchen. We ordered cabinets but they came in TRASH! Went to Lowe’s Connie Johnson took care of us wonderfully, we came in with our kids she was PHENOMENAL! She designed our kitchen better than Home Depot! She is a wonderful worker! Lowe’s should be grateful for what type of worker she is! She is very caring!! She is diligent worker!! CONNIE JOHNSON IS AMAZING!! WE LOVES LOWES

We received excellent customer service on Saturday evening (1/27/24). The male representative helped us find a screen door hydraulic closer (with a foot button feature) and answered my question about a fireplace back plate. Thank you. 🌟🌟

Amazing customer service! Nancy D. and other employees were able to help us find what we were looking for, all at an excellent price. My only qualm would be the lack of sanding equipment, however, I believe this is due to short-term shortages and not a long term problem.

I should not go to lowes lol. I literally was lost. I didn't know where to start or what I needed. I asked frank for an isle that I can find a certain hook/screw in. FRANK answered all my questions. Showed me what I needed. Described to me exactly what to do! I want to thank Frank so much for his help and guidance. I can tell he helps everyone just like this! Such a satisfied customer. Go to spot for home improvements. Love the pickup option. Order stuff the day before or even the day of and a couple hours later it's all ready and waiting for quick and painless pickup.

I visit this store often as they allow me to bring my dog in so I can train her as a service dog.

All, and I say all the employees at Lowes are awesome. At first I was so impressed when everyone asked me if they could help me find something. That's amazing because most stores when an employee see me, they have their head down afraid I will ask them for help.

I have been going for weeks now and most employees say hi to Bella. That's an awesome feeling. Some stop and ask permission to let her, and that's important for her growth. Otherwise they respect that she is in training.

I walk the alies and I always buy something I need. The prices are good, can't compare to home Depot. I love this store.

I want to thank one person who works in flooring, his name is Lou. He bought my Bella an Xmas gift, a beautiful dog bowl with her name on it. That's the kind of relationship we customers receive from Lowes. From dog treats to praises. I love loews they treat their customers like family.

I want to thank Matt in appliances for being so helpful finding the right stove and walking me through what was needed for the install. Plenty of parking with quick access from the highway. Good stock levels after Christmas and had the batteries I was looking for. Might have docked a star because the after Christmas sales were not that great, but will go back for the convenience.

I ABSOLUTELY love this place! I’ve been going here for about 45 Years, I’m motivated to write this review for the Young man named Brandon. He helped me find the pipe and told me how too lay it down. He is a great young man filled with knowledge, a special thanks too Bobby aswell! You keep the store great.

After a very long and frustrating day, I have to say Lowe’s in Southington gets110% for customer service. Ahmed in appliances was wonderful! I called earlier to see if they had the refrigerator we wanted in stock and he remembered me when I arrived. His department was very busy but the Lowe’s employees seem to want to help out. He offered assistance with loading it on to our truck and said if we had any problem please call us. It was a VERY long and frustrating day for my husband but it was nice to know that Ahmed was very sympathetic to the day that we were having and make sure we left with great customer service!!! Lowe’s of Southington…thank you!!!

Clean, I never feel like the shelves are bare and I recently purchased a washer and dryer and had been shopping around. The selection on the floor and the help was better than I received anywhere else

Gee Whiz~! Where do I start? I had recently had some washer ‘n dryer issues over the winter, absolutely horrendous! I was worried but from my previous experience’s I knew exactly where too go. Southington Lowe’s.. I beared through the worst winter storm of the year in my 2015 Chevrolet Silverado, parking up in the loading bay I scurry inside quickly. The wind whipping and cutting through me.. as I got inside I met a young man named Jonathon, he assured that I could seek refuge under the cathedral roof of lowes. After thanking him I asked him on his assistance with my washer troubles, and with some quick thinking we were soon gliding through the store and into the back. He had me run him through the situation again and I found out I simply needed a part known as the Hoover Pressure Max 300S Series.. and with Lowe’s price check policy I was able too get it for a steal of a deal. A lady named Shauana I believed checked me out and did the price check which was tremendous…. On the way out I saw a friendly face, Brendon, last time he had helped me and loaded my truck with wood and now helped me again with this part.. we discussed some doowop and I was soon on my way..

Great store with lots of items for your home, way beyond building supplies.

I prefer Lowe's over their big name competition. The Southington CT store is clean, well stocked and the employees are extra friendly and helpful. Their bathrooms are located in the front of the store which may sound weird to mention but I feel safer using a bathroom that isn't tucked away in a corner of a store far from where people are walking. Every item we have purchased from the store came when expected without complication. Keep up the good work!!!!
