Safeway

I just want to give a glowing customer service review after a screw up on my end tonight. I was checking out with a decent sized order with my significant other and I put in an old account phone number. Unfortunately due to me putting in the wrong number, the entire order had to be rescanned to put it under the correct account. Thank you Renee, for taking care of us initially, Jayson, who reentered our entire order, and the manager who was on, whose name we didn't catch, for all their time and help to correct this. We appreciate it and apologies again. Thank you.

Their rewards system is wonderful as they also have a Safeway gas station on Mountain Rd. in Pasadena but their rewards are also transferable to any Exxon gas station for 20 cent off each gallon. They also have great deals on shopping with their Safeway App.

Safeway was awesome. I had to stop and get a few things and they had bagels on sale for 5.00$. They had a employee standing there at the table if you wanted them mixed. I got noodles and gravy and London broil for my dinner and everything was on sale. I only spent 22.21$. I used self checkout so I was out in minutes. As usual I had a awesome experience. Great place for fresh vegetables, fruits, and other grocery items...

This Safeway is always clean when I go here, parking is ample, the store is organized, and they have good selection. They even have a gift section for last minute or Maryland-themed gifts. The cashiers here are always friendly, which leads me to think they must have good management.

I love Safeway they always have the best cuts of meat and fresh produce. I always receive excellent service and help when I can’t find the items I’m looking for. There’s never any weird smells for dirty floors. I know when I go to Safeway I’m going to enjoy my shopping experience.

Yesterday I visited the store, the sales on your flyer brought me in. I might have only visited a Safeway once before but that was years ago. The store was very clean and organized. I encountered many helpful employees, a cashier asked if she could help me find something and told me which aisle that I needed. After getting a lot more then I came in there for I made my way to the deli counter. There a lady named Jennifer waited on me. I had explained that I was making cheesesteaks for dinner and wanted the perfect provolone. She suggested many but I told her I wanted a mild one and then I picked out the Primo brand because she explained it had a milder flavor. She asked if the slice size was acceptable and I said yes, then asked if I could try it. Jennifer was spot on and it tasted really good. She also told me about the chicken specials and the extra savings on Mondays, about the sides and rolls as well. I just wanted to say THANK YOU because she's very knowledgeable and friendly and I'll be happy to come back and shop again soon. Lastly, the hubby loved the cheesesteaks and told me to always buy that kind of cheese for them.

Well stocked store. Friendly staff. Not real crowded today.

This place is so welcoming. If you want to work here as well shop it is the place to be. Easy to find things in the store. Very helpful employees also if you truly can't find what you need.

I love this store! I always see them collecting and sanitizing the carts on a regular basis...the staff is wonderful, friendly and efficient. I get through the checkout in a timely fashion. The produce is very good and the meat selection is the same....the deli people are very friendly and accommodating...the shelves are neat and well stocked...it's my favorite supermarket!!!

Customer service is dragging on the ground. No greeting, total price not given to me. The manager I see all the time there ( Brian) is just there idling by the counter. Gonna have to go somewhere else now 😒

I’ve noticed changes to the service and the cleanliness. I’ve changed my rating to five because in every department associates have been attentive and nice. The store is clean and stocked accordingly.

I love shopping at this Safeway. Its always clean and the staff is so friendly. The cashiers are so kind to my kids and there's never a huge amount of shopping carts out in the parking lot!

One thing I don't like (not enough to take away a star) would be that right in front of the 2 exit doors, one is semi blocked by the ride-on shopping carts because that's where they have to charge. They should just make it one exit door or find a different place to charge them since the front entrance has plenty of room.

What a very nice store, always clean and well-stocked.. and the employees there are always friendly and professional. Especially the young girl name "Alex". The gentleman who works the deli department could be a little more friendlier. Nothing worse than asking to have my lunch meat Chipped, and he rolls his eyes because I now how much longer it takes to chip lunch meat. I'm sorry but I had to do it for many of years and never complained about it I still give the store a 5-star rating.. and will always spend my money here instead of going to Giant or other stores

Saturday morning and it was busier than weekdays, but there was no problem getting in the store, shopping and checking out. They have self service and full service. Even a couple staff to keep the carts off the lot and serve them to shoppers entering the store.

five stars, the staff peeps are coolio. There is this one cashier named Dana who is fairly attractive and pretty nice by my standards. She's p cool. Might hit her up next time when i go there for milk or something...

A long standing establishment in Pasadena. The store was home to Pasadena's very first Starbucks, and was recently updated to include convenient self check out stations.

Safeway Starbucks is always great. The manager, Karen, is always personable and happy to see her customers. Love getting my drink there. Always good and correct.

It's a clean store. They carry keto and paleo food. They have started to carry grass fed beef but it's not 100%. The chicken is all natural and fed 100% vegetarian diet. It's a good start and it's close to me. I even have a Starbucks in there

Prices are higher than others, but quality is there, and they have staff. Though barely any lunch meat at deli
