The UPS Store

My experience here was so wonderful. The owner is so kind and helpful. He guided me through my return and helped also package up my usps return with a mailer and a printed label. The other staff were also super helpful. I will continue to make this my shipping store!

We had the pleasure of coming in on a Saturday in December to work with the owner on a notary. He was simply WONDERFUL. He was multitasking and in that environment - a never ending line, customers with returns that needed further assistance, laminations, etc.. there was A LOT going on and both workers stayed cool and calm and took care of everyone. Very pleased. We got everything done quickly and it was just a very pleasant experience. Will always come to this location.

I recently visited the UPS Store, and I must say the associates were incredibly helpful in finding a package I had shipped. They were patient and went above and beyond to assist me. However, I feel bad for the associates having to deal with an obnoxious old lady who refused to understand that if she wanted to do an Amazon return, she had to start it on her account. Despite that, the UPS Store staff remained professional and courteous throughout. Kudos to them for their excellent service!

I never feel like just a customer they always treat me in a very friendly way. Mailboxes, business prints, or banners are all top quality. Great locally owned business I am very happy to support.

Excellent store had a situation with Amazon and the 2 employees were awesome with helping me.

I dropped off a package at this location this morning and I had a wonderful experience speaking with the owner Stephen. We discussed health issues and he was so engaging and genuine. I have used this business several times in the past, and the service was always prompt, courteous, and helpful. It was one of those moments today where you walk away saying Wow!! I have not experienced such service and kindness like that in a while. I will take all of my shipping needs here to this UPS store. I never get that in a USPS office.

I have been to this store many times. The people are always polite and helpful. I've shipped multiple times with no issues. I have faxed, printed papers and bought materials to box up items to ship. The people working were so helpful with what i needed in my box to keep it from being broken. I needed a label to ship my amazon return and they were able to help me email it to them and print it out! Will be back with my Christmas presents

This was the most helpful store I have been to in awhile. I had some extremely important work I needed taken care of in a short amount of time. Steven and Pete FAR exceeded my expectations in the amount of help I would expect from a business. Although seemingly new, Pete was willing to go above and beyond in finding a solution to solving my problem. I strongly recommend this establishment for any needs they are able to help take care of. I had a package lost on its way to its destination. Stephen, the owner, went above and beyond helping me get this solved. I’m pleased to report that Stephen’s efforts paid off. I’ve received a refund already!

Friendly, professional, helpful staff, especially Cheryl. She packaged and shipped a lot for me when we closed my mom's house and she treated my treasures as if they were her own. The staff are very knowledgeable about packing & shipping options and made sure I was comfortable with the packaging. Cheryl also worked to find me the best price. The staff are very attentive to customer wait time too, collaborating to help everyone as promptly as possible.
I would go out of my way to use this UPS location.

After calling the South Hills village location and being told I needed tons of extras to ship back a single tire, (I didn't) I came to this this location and was in and out in 5 minutes and at $3.21 for the printing of the sticky label. Both men were cherry and professional. I highly recommend this location!! Thank you so much!

Had a great experience at this store. The manager Connie was so helpful! She packed all my items and explained every detail to me. She was so kind and gave you unbelievable service. In today’s world it was so nice to endure such a friendly and charismatic Person. Definitely an asset to this company. What a gem! Thanks Connie for all your help!!

Accidentally took a usps package into the store. The owner taped it up for me and put a label protector on it. He didn’t have to do that but did. I appreciate it. Great location. Thanks!

This store is prompt and couteous in checking out the customers in a timely manner. I've gotten important documents notarized and signed, and mailed out gifts to my family. All of my packages have arrived at their destination with tracking that I could track online, and the service is outstanding. :)

Great Customer Service! Extremely helpful and accommodating. I had a difficult situation with another company I was attempting to return equipment to and the staff at the South Park Shops location were so patient. They helped resolve the issue and turned it into a success. Very personable and welcoming. I will definitely be back!!

I hardly ever take time to write a review, but have made an exception in this case. The new owners are the nicest people that I have come across.
With very short notice, they were able accommodate me with printing. The finished product was above my expectations. They are family owned and operated and truly care about their customers! Bethel Park is very fortunate to have a UPS store they can be proud of!

I have rented a mail box at this store for over a year and have always had good experiences. I had a good relationship with the previous owner and it has continued with current owners, who seem to be thinking of ways to improve the service and experience. I appreciate the friendly greeting I get when I walk in the door, the cheerfully way they immediately check the day's mail if I get there before it is in our boxes, and the text messages they send when I have a package to pickup.

I had such a great experience here! A worker named Connie was so helpful and kind she was extremely personable and actually cared about helping me ship a fragile item. She got me the best price and still got it there on time. She was so sweet I would recommend this place to anyone!
