In this store I always see it organized and a lot of variety of items right now they put a lot of Christmas things that are very nice and the staff with me has been very helpful very good assistance I recommend this location what you are looking for you will find it there go to the store to see the beautiful things

My Husband and I have never received such amazing customer service in our life. We came about an hour before closing and needed help finding items to remodel our bathroom.Jesse was so patient, kind, knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. This really helped us get everything we needed easily. Jesse really has top notch customer service and should be recognized. We don’t normally give reviews but his outstanding personality could not be overlooked

Cleaner than the Home Depot. Great Customer service. I found what I needed. Also they'll even match prices with the Home Depot if they have a lower price.

Went with a friend to pick out potting soil. Right when we walked up to the plant department, Eric greeted us both and was quick to offer a hand. He was very friendly and accommodating. He even pushed our cart for us and loaded up the soil!! Thank you!

Lowe's Altamonte Springs is so amazing! I can't imagine taking my business elsewhere if there were ever a time that the item that I needed was not in stock I would prefer to wait than to go to another location partly because of the well organized and clean store but also because of the outstanding consistent professional captivating and vivacious service that I receive from the pro desk. I want to take this time to give praise to someone who is well deserving of it. This is individual AS ALWAYS goes above and beyond the Call of Duty every single time whether I am there for a pack of screws or a pallet of tile it or size doesn't matter. Needless to say Brandon at the pro desk is an absolute gem. Have you met this young man his personality his warm greeting but most of all his ability and willingness to help, is impeccable! Brandon sees you at the door and ensures that from the beginning of your shopping experience or you're inquiry that every moment you are in Lowe's is covered with professional assistance. Is he all knowing in every aspect of his job? I'm uncertain because I can tell you this, whenever I am in or call the store he has the answer to all of my questions and if in the off chance he does not know he makes it his business to find out immediately, HELLO..... THIS...is customer service! To the powers that be oftentimes we get caught up in the overhead of running our companies I will say this however do not let Brandon slip through the cracks he is MANAGEMENT MATERIAL!! He is an absolute treasure! This young man is going places but for our company we pray that he stays with yours because we would hate to take our business else where. Customer service was excellent on handling my return items and staff guided me to the items I needed quickly. Checking out was extremely helpful and smooth.

Like every other Lowes across America. Not sure if it was every store that had a memorial set up over this long Memorial Day but this one did! Respect to them.

Jacob was so pleasant and helpful! We needed shiplap but couldn’t find it in the store and he found it for us quickly. He had to use a forklift to get it down and cut it for us but had no complaints. Alex from paint was also very nice and helpful, he helped me find the perfect paint for the shiplap. Thank you guys!

Just left your store on 434/436. John, one of your employee's working in the area of power hand tools and bolts and fasteners was helpful, polite, knowledgeable and knew what I would need in order to accomplish my task(s). Shout out to a good employee.

So many ideas for the Adobe projects and the store is very well kept except be careful walking around many sharp hazards.

Friendly staff that know where everything is located. Easy return process as well.

Great prices and products! These topiaries by front door we bought for $29 each. And the pots were $12. I searched Craigslist, Letgo, and Marketplace, local nurseries for weeks. These were just as good and close in price so it just came down to convience.

Marcus B was very helpful in assisting me, he just started in the plumbing department. Through talking with me on the phone he was able to build the conversion I needed for my Python fish tank water cypher. He showed patience and dedication to his position. Thank you Marcus for your help!

This is me and the guy fav Lowe's. Barbara, Ash, Vivianna, and a few I have interactions with but didn't catch your name. You guys exude customer service. We come in together and seperate. When I'm alone and need assistance locating something these folk go the extra mile. Weekends 6am the staff is ALL SMILES and they are so ready to assist. Love these folks seriously. The ignore thing the other Lowe's live by doesn't happen here at all. Sean who was a "Blue Vest" with MIST I believe is the contracted company was all smiles and ready to walk with me to locate some gardening tools. Love having a yard now and Lowe's Home Improvement have everything needed for landscape beautification ❤ Keep doing what you do staff/teammembers😁
