Kum & Go

Older gentleman that works here is very kind, so is the girl that works behind the counter making the pizza! She’s got very pretty hair too :) I love this place.

Amazing customer I don't know how any one could rip on this place at all it's so easy to find everything and I have never had a bad time here, very glad they had the prime energy

Good people, good coffee!

Nice new, clean store, the employees are friendly and they do a good job. Outside around the fuel pumps it is nice and big with plenty of room for vehicles, even large, commercial trucks will have room to drive around.

The only big downside to this location that I found was it's confusing to get in and out of. There is no entrance nor exit to Woodmen Rd at all. You will have to enter from southbound Marksheffel Rd, and then when you leave you can ONLY turn right (south) on Marksheffel Rd - you will have to make a U turn or drive through one of the nearby residential areas to turn around if you need to get back onto Woodmen (as I expect most people are going to need to do), so unfortunately, I will probably avoid going to this Kum & Go until the entrance/exit situation is fixed (which is too bad, I was really looking forward to having E85 fuel nearer to where I live 😔).

Very helpful customer service, but sold out of the fuel I needed. They did not know when their next delivery would be.

I came, I went...

Overnight staff tried to claim that you can only receive a refill drink if it's their own company cup. Never in my life has that been a policy at any Kum and Go's I've gotten a refill drink at has I ever been told this. Nor gotten a offhanded 'warning' to not be sold my coffees because it was reusable cups from another company. The gentleman in the beanie only left the office to do that and then I guess when he felt i was someone to be suspicious of because I went to the bathroom as well after that encounter. That was the only time I saw that employee actually leave the office for more than 30 seconds to give the worst customer service ever.

I plan to put in a more formal complaint but this was my first time at this Kum & Go and I'm surprised it was such a bad experience.

This is the second time I’ve gone in and both times I’ve gotten terrible service. The first time I asked if the store had a different selection of meat and the cashier was snotty stating they are only focusing on the deli. That is fine the second time I went in this morning I simply asked where the coffee was located in the store the “man” looks at me with disgust and states over there by the coffee machine. As I’m leaving I hear him and the deli person talking about me. If this is what this store is going to be I will refuse to spend any money or send my family to this establishment. So unprofessional and not friendly. Take your money elsewhere to get better customer service.
