Karen’s Hallmark has the Best customer service ever. If you call , no matter how busy they are , they answer with such helpfulness speaking clearly and pleasantly, assisting without sounding as if you totally wrecked their day, or continuing to crack their gum in your ear or sighing. Upon entering their store you are greeted with a cheerful Hello and the same pleasant assistance. Karen’s Hallmarks awesome customer service as well as knowing their excellent products, in this ever changing environment we live in today., in my opinion, is the reason they have lasted through all the years . I went there to get 2 new ornaments not available at my local Hallmark store. They had both of them so I was very happy. It is a nice store and the clerk was very helpful and pleasant.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted with a pleasant smile and positive attude! I Was also offered professional (all very knowledgeabl)several times the entire time I was in they store! The woman that was really helping was and Kasey went above and beyond and helped me find the perfect stuff for my husband mom and husband. Everyone loved their gits and cards!!! BEST HALLMARK AROUND!!!! THANK U ALL

Karen's Hallmark staff is always kind, knowledgeable, and at the ready with helpful advice for all of our gift giving needs. I've come in countless times and they've always been so helpful in every situation. I love coming in the store in the fall when their decorations are between Halloween and Christmas. It's the most wonderful time of the year.

We went into the Hallmark looking for a funeral guest book the women who worked there were exceptionally helpful who were very knowledgeable and they had exactly what we were looking for! It was not overly expensive they had many things that caught my eye and could only be found in a Hallmark store!

I love going here. They have many cards to look at and they are always changing during the season. The staff have always been friendly. I love the reward program, and it really is worth it and free to join.

I love paper and pen in this day and age of technology. Giving and receiving cards is wonderful compared people sending out group texts, or even worse, using social media instead. Come on people, don't let more Hallmark stores close down. Karen's Hallmark is full of so many wonderful things to personalize your gift giving.
