Amazing! Flew in for an event and a MUA I had booked canceled 2 hours before my appointment.I literally flew in with just my tinted moisturizer 🤣. I found this location thinking well if someone is not available then at least I'll attempt on my own. An employee was so helpful and available and had me looking fab quick. I'm the worst with names but she's gorgeous so you can't miss her !

A woman helped me immediately find my shade today in NC42 Her name started with a B i forgot how to spell her lovely name. She was very nice and made sure i was finding everything okay. This is how you do customer service!!! Outstanding applause for her 💜 i hope shes there every time i come back to shop

I don't see why this establishment has such terrible reviews. I disagree. I love that this store is tax free & discounted. The staff is beyond sweet, very attentive & full of life. If you're looking to get your make-up done, ask for Casi!!! She's such a sweetheart & extremely talented!! She won't make a move until she knows exactly what it is that you want done. You won't be disappointed. It's a great experience!

Outstanding customer service! Despite they had run out on the color of lipstick I needed, they were extremely helpful during my visit, guided me through every step of the way so that I could achieve my purpose. To be honest, Casi and another staff member beyond exceeded my expectations of great customer service, they demonstrated their knowledge and were just a pleasure to have met. I will definitely be returning to this MAC store, I was more than impressed with their service.

LOVE this store ! I've had such great experiences here lately. The staff is so welcoming and really helped me figure out what worked best for me and my skin. I think her name was Casi- she was amazing and made me feel super comfortable.

I absolutely love this store hands down.I get treated like royalty everytime I arrive. I have been buying MAC since 2005 and have shopped at various MAC stores throughout different states and none compares to the customer service and love that I have received from these ladies since their opening in October 2015. I absolutely feel like I am at home.They cater to me and my family. The prices are the cheapest in store and online. Nothing and no other MAC makeup artists i have been exposed to can compare!

Just moved to the area. Went in for the 2nd time and finally went inside Mac. Looking for my turn when Ms. Andrea Marie approached me...which I was thankful of, because she was the right person I was looking for! I told her I need a foundation and I was telling her on how to hide my horrible microblading gone wrong lol. She then go ahead and helped me out and oh.my.G! She was better than the lady who microbladed me just using MAC products! I cannot suppressed my very bigggg SMILE after my eyebrows makeover and not only that she was showing me how and hopefully I can copy what she did! I looked so normal! I felt like my old self after those crazy things I had done with my brows lol. My hat is my friend this past year to hide my right eyebrow. Anyway...sorry this is a very long review..Ms. Andrea Marie...thank you and thank you for showing me how and for making a note step by step how to apply the make up...You are a hiden GEM! And you are so good and have PASSION with your craft! If no one tell you yet...You are an OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE!!! And thank you also to your co workers...also to the other lady that was chitchatting Alexandra:). And to the lady who was sharing how she hides her tattoed eyebrow gone wrong...man..I cannot even tell. She looks amazing as well! You guys are the bomb! Also thanks to the cashier lady..It was a smooth transactions:). Sorry, I did not get their names. My favorite to go in the PX from now on! Thank you again Ms. Andrea!!!

I've been color matched at four other MAC's and no one has ever got it right. This was the first store to do that. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
