Daniel was phenomenal! His professionalism and expertise in products helped me when trying to decide on which products to buy. I appreciate his honest opinions and recommendations. I know when I order GNC products I can rely on his advice. He was polite when answering all my questions. He took the time to discuss each ingredient, along with the benefits of the products, to ensure my satisfaction and that my order was complete and correct. I’m a happy customer excited to try my new detox powder, met all my expectations and I will return. :)

Awesome staff very professional. Walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted or needed and walked out extremely confident with the products I purchased from their staff. They are friendly and understand the military live style. The manager Mr. Northington knows a great deal and is there to provide guidance.

My experience today was great!!! Best customer service I've ever had inside a GNC. Danny was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. His experience with products plus looking the part was a deciding factor on myself purchasing 3 products. That's something I have never done.

Went here yesterday with my friend. I believe his name was Brian( Short Latino) that helped us. He was the most experienced salesperson in this field. Very knowledgeable, and helpful. He really knows what he is talking about , which is extremely important when it comes to taking supplements that go into your body.

He was genuinely trying to help instead of push us into buying a product. Superb service !

I've been shopping at this location for years and have met most of the staff here. It's currently being run by the most helpful management I've ever experienced. The manager (Joseph, I think) has explained to me that this location is sometimes used for training other managers in the area, so theres always some new faces. Many times the store has shipped product to my house for free. The staff here is very knowledgeable and will always go the extra mile to explain how to take a product.

My wife and travel a lot. We know we always stock up on our vits and feel goods at any GNC in the nation. This visit was better than most. Our sales associate was very knowledgeable of the products and locations. He was able to add info of which products work well together and those that dont. Thumbs up

I normally don’t deal with gnc if I go I. I tend to shy from the employees until I am ready to buy. Yet the people in this store is wonderful. Very helpful and eager to interact with you. Give them a chance if you haven’t yet.

So I went into GNC today, probably my second time in a GNC ever in my life! The first person I saw was Kirsten, looking like the thing from SAW without the red Tricycle! She helped me right away with all my need and gave the best advice on the product I was looking for! She needs a Raise!

I've been to multiple GNCs with not so good experience. The employees at fort hood gnc literally go out of thier way to help you with your specific goal.

Back home in Florida I always used Vitamin Shoppe. But since being on Fort Hood I have made the switch to GNC. Joseph is my go to guy. Always remembers what products i use and give me samples of things I might want to use. Never pressures me into getting things that i dont need just always makes spot on suggestions. Thanks again Joseph!
