Great deals and amazing products! Plus they always have sales or coupons or both! This location was small but organized and the staff is sweet!

I was super happy. Got a lot of clearance. Store was clean. Purchased 10 scan n cut blades. Wish they sell more SNC items than cricket. Did not find the new paper pack ( 400 counts).

I needed a Certificate FRAMED fast for Display and Michael's did a fantastic job. Even picked out frame from the store so was very reasonably priced.

Had an idea to create something.😊 Sooo to Michaels I go. I do miss the days of coupons, coupons, coupons from Michaels. The young man that was putting things away was very helpful and polite!! Yall know I love amazing customer service and if there was a prize given, he'd be the recipient!!

Love the Meyerland Plaza store. To me it is the cleanest and most all stocked of all the stores I have visited. Keep up the good work. Also, your employees are incredible!

Love Michael's stores. Their staff know the location of their inventory; they're friendly and helpful. However, the didn't have what I needed. Both stores I visited were very low on Recollections paper products. When I asked if they were changing to a different supplier, no one knew.

So I went home and tried their website. Their website is difficult to use. Example: I specifically asked for a brand, color, size and weight of the card stock I wanted. The response was 1,169 items. I scrolled through a couple of hundred and gave up.

Has anyone heard any rumors about Michael's doing another big switch-around on the brand of their paper crafting merchandise? They totally changed their stores about 10 or so years ago. They may be planning another change. I did find information online that they have Recollections specific stores and they are closing those stores. However, I don't think we have one of those in Houston.

Will G. in the framing department was so helpful! He explained the framing process and helped us find something in our price point without sacrificing quality. He was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Our frames look great thanks in part to him!

Spacious and light filled. The store was laid out well, had a nice selection, and was well stocked. We had no trouble finding what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is the first Michael's I have been to with self check out. I loved it and hope the Michael's closest to our house gets self check out soon!
