Prescriptions called in by Dr. @ 3pm. No word at 8:30pm. Called and was promised in 15 min. "If I want them tonight". Was ready in 20. Short handed... Seems to be going down the same path at the DD in the same mall. Sad to see, used to be so much better...

The Pharmacy has been closed at times because there wasn’t a Pharmacist . How can there be no backup? Try getting a live person on the phone.....

They are always late with prescriptions...I mean very late. Knowing them, I gave them a full day, even though I was in pain.

I came for pickup the next day, they told me that they were still working on it and that they needed 15 more minutes. The only reason I don't give them 1 star is because they are conveniently located in a relatively safe location.

Additionally, once your stuff is ready, they are quick to get rid of it if you don't come pick it up right away.

Store people and pharmacy seemed nice enough. Don’t use UPS at this site! I had an urgent package that I sent overnight. 2 days later I get a call asking where’s the package? Call CVS, my package is still there, and response was they only pick up sometimes?!!!!!How can they charge overnight yet only pick up sometimes?

My Doctor called in the prescription on Monday went Tuesday afternoon to pick it up it wasn’t ready they told me to come back Wednesday. Wednesday still not ready they said come back Thursday. Tomorrow I will rate again if still not ready.

Normally I find conventional store items, but with my medicines it's another story, waiting up to 7 days has become normal and the other CVS is far away, I hope they can improve in that area.

Call first: They’re frequently closed for random “technical” reasons. 4 times in six months I’ve shown up in the middle of a weekday only to find an apology note on the door.

Sidewalk near entranceway has a severe trip hazard in 2 spots where you can either trip or fall to the extent of a major lawsuit waiting for anyone to have happen if issues aren't fixed ASAP..Shameful CVS.. 👎👎
