The UPS Store

I’ve used this store numerous times. I have taken wrapped ready to send as well as have them repackage returns to Amazon and QVC. Although sometimes they are not overly friendly they have never been rude. I am taking in one this morning again to return DISH boxes. I expect the service will be ample for what I need. I’m just returning a package and they are a drop off for UPS. Thank you for your help. It is appreciated.

As a follow up to my return for my DISH boxes. There was a short line, but the two workers were working diligently and taking care of business. My wait was less than 5 minutes from walking in the door and leaving a satisfied customer. No one was rude, not overly friendly, but they were busy. They were pleasant and working to get people in and out as quickly as possible. Thank you again. I appreciate that we have this location in our area.

I had to change my iPhone delivery to this UPS Store instead of my residence. The owner explained the process and even told me the time to expect it to arrive. All the staff is both friendly and helpful whenever I ship a package. Cheers!

I kindly request your understanding and compassion towards our local merchant, UPS Store (Rashesh Patel), the owner and accommodates “Amazon drop-offs”. It's evident that his service is invaluable to our community, providing us with a convenient spot to drop off our Amazon packages.

While dropping off packages may not significantly contribute to UPS’s profits (It’s actually very, very, very, very small) it greatly benefits us in terms of convenience.

However, it's important for us to be mindful and prepared when utilizing this service. Even if we overlook the label requirements occasionally, the cost of purchasing them on-site is minimal. (I have been there, and I know how frustrating it is to overlook this, and be surprised to find out that you actually needed to print a label or bring the box).

I believe that by taking a moment to read the label and ensuring we have everything prepared before arriving, we can avoid any negative experiences and reviews for this location altogether.

A small UPS store with friendly staff. Very convenient for shipping from the neighborhood.

I came in today and it was extremely busy. Alot of the people in line were being rude and impatient with the employee even though she was going as fast as she could. I was impressed that Angel was still able to keep her cool. When it was my turn she was extremely helpful and kind. I will definitely make this my main go to store.

The best UPS store around. The employees are always professional and personal. They are knowledgeable and helpful. I have brought in some odd shipping challenges and they have tackled them with confidence. They do upcharge significantly for some services such as USPS Priority mail, but for the ease of using them versus the Post Office, and getting a polite person to take care of my needs, I am willing to pay alittle more. My Kudos to this fine UPS Store team!

I have been using this location since they opened, and have always had Great Service! The 24 hour access code that comes with the business service is great, because my hours do not always match theirs. If you are located in this part of the Woodlands or Montgomery County I recommend this business highly!

Great staff that’s well trained. I admittedly walked in right before closing but bryce greeted me with a huge smile and a warm hello. Helped me make copies and address letters for will documents I had to send. Super patient and caring staff that actually seem to enjoy their job.

Super place….always a quick in & out….sometimes a little line but the staff work’s quick….not sure why all the negativity on other reviews…..we appreciate their service.

After reading reviews I was nervous to go here but I went in for an Amazon return. It was quick and easy. The guy at the front desk was nice and answered my questions.

Arrived 5 min after closing for a pre-paid package that needed go out the next day. They took my package despite being closed, great customer focus.

I saw the other ratings and I don't understand why they were so negative. The customer service was very helpful and kind when I went. I was assisted by the manager, and he was very polite and patient.
