Such a great experience when buying new phone is like getting a new car nowadays. Came into the store today after going to 2 previous stores the day before. Was greeted immediately and given so many choices. When it came to problem solving he didn't give up but instead took the time to figure out how to complete something. Should I mention that he was patient as seeing that I had a wild 2 year old plus 2 other kids with me. If anyone needs a new phone or switch companies I highly suggest this location.

Always great customer service! Cody, the manager, took the time to remember my and my husband's names by the third time he had helped us. All employees are really helpful, not pushy, & haven't ever made me feel as if they're put out while doing their job. I would recommend this store over the other three I've visited in Gainesville, hands down.

This location is so convenient and close to where I live, the guy that was working friday was very patient and nice he took his time to fully set up my phone and transfer all my information and that it worked well, anyone wanting to switch or looking for an affordable well priced phone company this is it!
