Ariat Brand Shop

I had been looking for an Ariat softshell jacket I previously owned. Mine was stolen from me at a restaurant. One of the employees at the Ariat store at WEC, Livia, took the time to find the jacket online for me, at another vendor. I ordered it, and it is on its way. I appreciated that she took a personal interest in my situation, got online immediately, and started working on my problem and resolved it! Even though the store didn’t have the jacket, she found it for me! What excellent customer service! Outstanding! I also bought a beautiful shirt for my boyfriend (a Valentine’s gift,) while there. The store has an excellent selection and the staff was great!

Very nice an clean store the personnel very helpful and supportive they treat you like a royalty I drove 2.2 hours to visit that store I will definitely drive again just to buy in that store I give 6 stars to this store

I visited Ariat store at World Equestrian Center Ocala, with my daughter. We are new at the Equestrian “world “ and Alondra at Ariat WEC, took great care of us. She was friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful and very patient to all our questions 😊. I highly recommend Ariat and help from Alondra. 👌

I was in the area visiting my cousin. He took me this facility and it was just an awesome experience. We must have spent 4 hours walking around.

Great little store for anything you might need to pick up. For how compact the store is, there is a large selection, and they have most everything in stock. The staff was very insightful and friendly.
