These folks are awesome! They have excellent service skills and patience to deal with any issues that someone may need help with on their plans. My boyfriend found a decent phone and service plan and paid a fraction of what he was spending with another carrier. . even if this may only be temporary for him: I would stick with Cricket.

Always have great deals, always have great employees! And I never have an issue with my phone service. 9/10 recommend !

I went to the store because we were having issues with text messages. If our phone was turned off, we wouldn't receive the texts after we turned our phone on. The lady (I didn't get her name) was so nice, and she was busy, it was over the lunch hour so part of the time she was alone. She got this problem figured out by process of elimination, which took her at least 45 minutes to do . She then asked me if my speaker to my ear worked. I said "No it hasn't worked for at least a year and a half I told her I took it to the Cricket store at the mall and they told me I needed a new phone". She said " of course they did". She then cleaned the speaker area with an alcohol pad and a toothbrush, she then called me with her phone and I could hear her without having to turn on the speaker, which I had been doing for a year and a half. I AM SOOO IMPRESSED WITH HER! The store at lewiston has ALWAYS been so helpful with us. Not sure of your name but you were working today around 1p.m. and you were amazing. THANK YOU!

Good costumer service she was right on it. cricket is about the only place I'll go to I've tried others I had straight talk for years. till I kept getting dropped calls talking to my dad in another state..

They were very helpful, especially the young lady who worked on my original cell phone for a very long time trying to find whst caused my phone to stop making calls. Ended up getting a new phone, and they were absolutely great with setting it uo for me.

Updated phones, Garret was a great help, with wife and I. He helped us pick out phones for our needs and patience with us. Set new phones up for us and answered all our concerns.

So far, excellent service. Great, friendly staff, very helpful. Just had a tech question and the young lady I talked to knew exactly what to do even before I explained the problem. Solved in less than a minute - no fuss, no hassle.

I've been a member of Cricket for just a little bit over 6 months now, and have to say that I am pleasantly surprised! I even got a tremendous deal on a new phone, and am planning to upgrade again in the very near future!

The only minor drawback is sometimes their Wi-Fi will go out "here and there" for a few seconds, and then will immediately pop right back up. For example, you may have to repeat a command in the phone maybe once or twice more in order for it to appear on the screen and process correctly. While this may be a slight annoyance, I really do not blame Cricket for this, and feel that it really isn't that big of a deal to me.

Another cool thing with Cricket are both the incentives and rewards that Cricket will offer you in order to help reduce your bill (should you choose to partake in those activities).

Also, the people who work there are both very patient, courteous, professional, and will go the extra mile to try to help you as long as you show them the proper respect.

I look forward to doing more business with them in the future! :)

We purchased security cameras for our business and worked with Dave. He was very helpful and explained things very well. We followed up with him and he helped us buy more.

I started with the Apple 5 SE. Then I purchased the Apple 2 nd generation Service has been very reasonable.
