"Kaitlyn" had to help me replace a phone and was very good at giving me selections. She set up the phone with great efficiency and was well informed about all the products offered at this store. I always go to this particular location because the service is wonderful.

Cassie the lady that helped us with our phones was really nice and I had lost my love in January and didn't won't to loose all his messages he had sent me. I know they were in my other phone but when she transfer my old to my new phone all my message from his was on my new phone. I was so happy. She was very nice she was excellent good business skills and she was kind and sweet. She is and will be my go to person if I have any issues with my phone.

I had to go twice this week for two different phone replacements. "Courtney" was very patient and helpful on both visits. She helped us select the best phones for our needs.

I had to replace another phone and "Cassie" was friendly, efficient and explained many features of my new phone. We have 5 phones on our plan and that is why I have another review at this time (7/18/21). We have been using this location for several years now and have always had good experiences. They have a good selection and prices are very fair from inexpensive to more costly. I give them another 5-star review!

They we're very friendly, very informative, helpful in every way. I have been with crucify wireless for over 3 years now, but just moved back to Indiana. They helped me get everything moved over to Indiana wireless wise very smoothly. I would recommend cricket wireless to anybody and everybody.

Best experience I had ever had on upgrading a phone. The lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. It took less than a half hour to get everything transferred over to my new phone. Thank you!

How about Tiffany Wade take her snobby attitude elsewhere. They are advocates and they can't control what phones are sent to their store so they try the best they can. If you come in with a smile on your face it's a great experience, but if you're a snobby uptight customer (tiffany wade) at that point they don't want business from people like you. Point made. Byeeeeee

The manager was extremely knowledgeable, help me out with my S10 Samsung couldn't call out or receive calls and she helped me greatly with updates....

I switched to Cricket from another carrier. While I'm not sold on Cricket's service as a carrier, the customer service I received was very helpful. I had a problem with my phone and Cassie fixed it and showed me what was wrong and how to deal with similar problems, if I have any in the future.

Edwin was awesome!! He was so helpful, and extremely polite!! Best customer service we have had in a long time!!
