The workers are so amazing and helpful!

Meghan was so helpful and nice last night. She helped me find lingerie that made me feel so confident in my own body.
I’m definitely sticking to the Dimond location from now on. The girls are always so nice and welcoming, they don’t hover but they’re always ready to help and answer any questions I have.

I went to the new location around mid afternoon yesterday (maybe a little after 3pm), the girl behind the counter was not very welcoming and really closed off it made the who experience very uncomfortable. I don’t think I’ll be going back to the new location again which is a bummer.

Absolutely loved looking around! They had so many cute things to look at especially clothes both workers were incredibly helpful and explained everything to me when I had questions. Maya and Nalesha are who helped me at the store. :)

I’ve been a regular here for a while and recently met Gabby✨ she’s super nice and polite but will still say some funny shi*! She makes you feel comfortable. I appreciate people like her especially in this environment where it can take a lot of courage to come into an adult store. Thanks for hiring her shes wonderful 😊 I briefly Meghan too and she’s very sweet!

Soooo, this was my first time EVER visiting a Cindies novelty shop and I must say it was a joy. Kinda awkward for me, but I need the help in certain areas. Briana and Meghan made my shopping experience very comfortable and they have the most beautiful personalities. Thank you ladies for all your great help. Hopefully when I get back to NC my man will be very satisfied after being away from him for a whole month. Lol

Meghan and Phoenix were amazing, so knowledgeable about things I have always wondered about and they made me and my man feel super comfortable shopping!

Wonderful staff helped with toy comparisons so I could make the right choice for my needs. Dawn and Phoenix were super helpful with great advice and their positive attitudes made this a lovely shopping experience.

Maya and Meghan were so helpful finding my daughter's bridal shower gifts! They searched for things in her style and helped me find her size, which is impossible to find anywhere else. I will definitely be coming back.

10/10 would recommend going! See the only girl there that matters, Ali! She helped me buy my first everything, very educated and knows her stuff.

I recently made a trip to cindies on Dimond. I hadn’t been there in years. I was immediately welcomed right in by Nalesha . She was very pleasant and knowledgable about the products available. I left with more than I planned. My partner and I were satisfied with the things bought.

Meghan and Briana are the perfect employees to work here they will help anyone out and always have a cheerful attitude. Love them.

The store was pretty stocked, Ali was the lady who helped me find the perfect V day outfit & supplies to surprise my husband. 10/10 experience!
