Awesome experience at this location. Allison is super helpful and truly goes above and beyond. It was a busy Christmas season afternoon and she was handling tons of customers by her self and keeping everyone happy. Great job getting great staff. She should be the manager

Had 2 different amazon returns that another store refused to take. Service was prompt and courteous and policies were thoroughly explained. I was in and out so quick. Hats off to Manager Mr. Nigel for running this store well.

Have an awesome new thing in here. There's a special place designated for Amazon returns only. Go in skip the regular line and scan your return label from the app on your phone and drop it in a bag and drop it in the box and done. Great idea and great addition. The lady was also very helpful in explaining the way it works and answering any questions. But I've never had a bad experience in here.

I used the store with the Bounce app to store my family luggage while we visited the Kennedy Space Center. The service was awesome, flawless check in/out. Friendly staff. The best place if you want a temporary storage.

I typically go to this store and has never had an issue. Always very fast service and courteous staff. I live in Merritt Island and go to this one to get things done faster and with a nicer experience.

These folks are so professional and so nice all the time. Does it matter who is there, it's always the same incredibly great service. So much so that I go to this place with business rather than of closer UPS Store nearby where I stay.

Felt so grateful for the exceedingly wonderful service, that I grabbed a couple of gift cards from the awesome restaurant nearby for the two employees manning the store the last time I went there to do business.

I had several items to return last time I went in and one of the items was a trailer hitch that is very large and heavy, along with things getting returned to AT&T, some incorrect products that came from Amazon and a damaged package that had come from eBay. The employees even came outside of the door to help me bring everything in held the door for me also with my hands full and then bent over backwards to speedily facilitate the business at hand. They are so so kind at this location and very professional! 100% recommend this fantastic business!

Had a great experience today at this UPS Store branch. Jessie provided great customer service, gave clear communication and explained the process. She is a great asset for this location.

The supervisor Jessie absolutley shattered my expectations. Earlier this year I had returned my equipment to my employer through a return program and neglected to save the reciept. Now almost a year later the employer is claiming my hardware was not recieved and requesting me to cover the system out of pocket.

I called the UPS store figuring they would not be able to help, but it was worth a shot. Jessie answered the phone and spent a significant ammount of time speaking with me and trying to find the record. She realized it was going to take some time and asked for my info to call me back. At this point I expected the worst but was already more than happy. Jessie called me back in just a few hours and had found the reference number! Her service clearly went above and beyond and she was able to save me potentially hundreds of dollars. I could not be more happy!

My wife and I went in yesterday. Both of us have limiting physical conditions. The staff, especially Jessie, was so nice and so helpful with everything. The person in charge of hiring at this location must be top notch. Every single employee smiles and seems to really like their job.

I went there to have something I purchased from Amazon returned, and I thought I would be there for a while, because I only saw one employee and she was busy helping someone else. And then another male employee came from the back and helped me I was was in and out and on my way to take care of the rest of my business, I love it when you get the service that you should get anywhere! I have no complaints great job 💯

I live in Merritt Island and typically go to The UPS store in Merritt Island. But not anymore. I went into this location. And immediately see 4 people working. I was in and out super quick but even better the staff was so so nice.
