Best vape store in town. Great customer service, exceptional knowledge of staff. Always make me feel welcome and special. Thomas is very patient with answering all of my questions and has always giving me good advice. The products are of best quality and prices are more than fair. I wouldn't go anywhere else. A true loyal and faithful customer here.

This is one of if not the best vape shop in crossville, the vapes fantastic, the hospitality fantastic, the general vibe is also great. I have never once felt pressured to hurry up and make my purchase which is great imo. And the staff don’t get me started on the staff, I genuinely feel like everyone that has take care of me has been a friend and they have always been willing to sit and talk about what I want rather then just staring at there phone till I get tired of getting ignored. All in all 11/10 great shop

I visited this place the first time just to check it out.
It is a huge store with a wide variety of items related to vape, cbd, tee shirts and the cutest little fur baby called 'Sammy' that greets you at the door!
The store clerk was very personable and answered my questions precisely and professionally.
I don't smoke cigarettes nor vaping either, however I did want to know more about the CBD oils.
I have always wanted to see what is inside these stores and was very surprised at the spacious design plus the cordiality of the staff.
Love the swing inside the store too!

Was in town for the races 2 hours from home and I dropped my tank and it busted. So I googled nearest vape store and it brought me here. I told the lady I needed help! She didn't have my particular tank in stock. So she set me up "to get me through" until I got back home. And I love what she sold me more than what I had she was amazing! Would definitely go back!!

Awesome service today! Stayed open late for us, helped us find what we needed. Took there time and explained how things worked. Set us up with a rewards program they offer. Made us feel very welcome.

This is a great place!! The people are patient, personable and accomodating. I went in there only intending to buy vape juice, I already had what I thought was a decent device and when I got it home I realized my device did not dispense the flavor the same way as when I tried it in the store with their devices, which were a lot better than what I had. I ended up going back the same day and buying a whole new tank and mod which I am very pleased with and they were happy to help me and get me all setup and took the time to show me how it worked. Never had an experience like this in a vape shop, awesome place!

I love this shop. The caliber of genuine care is top-notch; they are equally dedicated towards advocacy efforts and educating customers.
The building is very nice, is easy-to-find (right next to Sonic in Crossville) and is definitely a well-appointed shop, with a lot of square footage. They have utilized this space very well. There is plenty of comfortable group-styled seating, individual bistro tables for those wanting to share some food or work on builds, a nice home theatre system, a pool table, sizeable tasting bar, and a section dedicated to hardware and supplies. They are well-stocked and carry huge and regular variety of liquids on their shelves- a must-have when trying to help smokers reduce harm to their bodies. I am treated consistently well regardless of if I'm there in a vendor compacity, or needing help finding a new tank...or am just window shopping.

Great customer service! Excellent knowledge and prices! Always seem to have what I need. Love the atmosphere great place to shoot a game of pool and blow some clouds.
