Absolutely the best customer service I have had dealing with a phone company. Switching from straight talk to cricket was an absolute mess online. I came down to the store here and it was transferred and quickly done with no issues. The manager was so sweet and helpful. Definitely a 5 star!

I just switched over to Cricket and had a call issue with my phone. I called tech support several times and no luck. The gentleman working at the store on 8/24 was so amazing and got my phone working!! It was such a relief! Definitely needs a raise!

They were very helpful - they gave me the information I needed to choose a new phone and a new plan, without spending an exorbitant amount of money. I've had the phone for a couple months now, and I have NO regrets whatsoever. Great phone, great service, great plan - all for $35 a month.

My Queen and I were in need of more up-to-date cell phones. We shopped at both Metro and T-Mobile to determine whether we would find our desired plan and phones. Our final stop was Cricket Wireless. The gentlemen working there put on a good presentation - he knew his stuff! So far we enjoy our new Moto Stylus 2021 phones.

This was a last-minute stop while traveling out of town, and what a gem! My daughter and I had the good fortune to meet and spend some time on the last day of 2021 with Antwon, who has to be one of the best employees Cricket has! Near the end of the business day on a holiday weekend no less, Antwon graciously (and very efficiently and professionally) handled multiple customers single-handledly while we were there. He was so patient, and even though I wanted to hurry the visit and let him get home to his family and plans, he was determined to make sure to answer all of our questions and allow us to choose the best suited devices for our needs. What a delightful human being! After we left the store, I told my daughter, "that's the kind of person I want you to grow up to be". Thank you, Antwon! I highly recommend this location to Cricket customers!!

We really love this store and the girl that is always there. Our service is great and no matter what we need we can go to the store and the lady always has an answer or a solution! She helped us switch from sprint and we saved so much money. We will always stay with cricket!!
